Brilliant! Moaning about the potential moaners! -
The guy on the right of the woman holding up her phone…. …is he thinking ‘That’s me, that is’?

FAO Visiting Blades
JohnnyQuinnsQuiff replied to Horatio Hornblower's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Am I the only one who’s not expecting them to win? If we draw, it’ll be fine. If we win, it’ll be euphoria! But, regardless of who wins, it certainly won’t be a ‘hollow victory’. Those that think that obviously don’t understand what local derbies are about. -

‘Can we break your home form hoodoo?’ What a strange question for a so-called Owls fan to pose. Am I smelling crozzled bacon coming from a wardrobe? -

I went home and cried...
JohnnyQuinnsQuiff replied to YesWeCrann's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
This is what it should say… ‘Mel Sterland went home and cried after the Middlesbrough game - and spoke of his delight at having his boyhood club back now the former owner has gone.’ -
To be honest….I thought this thread was about Gene. What a disappointment!

SWFC vs SUFC - The Officials
JohnnyQuinnsQuiff replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Be careful Mr. Madley. Keith Hackett will be scrutinising every decision you make on Sunday. Hope there won’t be another ‘change of career direction’ next week? -
The Paolo Di Canio referee push vs Arsenal

And? Idiots are idiots, no matter who they play for. Nothing to do with morals. It’s about idiocy. -
The Paolo Di Canio referee push vs Arsenal
JohnnyQuinnsQuiff replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
A bit difficult to watch a player who’s banned for 11 games due to being an idiot. -
The Paolo Di Canio referee push vs Arsenal
JohnnyQuinnsQuiff replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
If Di Canio had have been wearing an Arsenal (or any other club) shirt that day, every Wednesday fan would have been shouting that he should be kicked out of football. But because he was wearing a Wednesday shirt….he was really hard done by. Di Canio was a total idiot. -

I don’t think Paul Alcock does, he died almost 8 years ago. -

If that was true then why, when we were last in L1 on a good unbeaten run, pushing for an automatic promotion place, did so many folk moan and groan? It seemed to me that the majority of fans just wanted us to get out of L1.

Kobacki has had another setbacki? Well at least Ugbo’s keeping himself injury free.

I hadn’t realised that Médecins Sans Frontières had made an offer?

Really? ‘Despite this possibility, United in Focus can reveal that Amass is keen to remain at Sheffield Wednesday for the remainder of this season, and United are assessing this situation to determine whether he should stay or not.’
