We go down, teams will be swarming over the 'under a 4 year contract' Cadamateri for a cut-price deal. Do you seriously think 4 years means millions these days? He'll be gone for a snip should we not survive and the current regime exists.

It won't be an established League 1 team next year. Out of contract players gone, and the possibility any half-decent asset (Cadamateri) gets poached...on top of that any likely investment under the current regime... Perhaps pitch at a team going towards a division we've not been in before. We need change, and quickly.

He's quality. Wins headers, tackles and clearly a calming influence at the back. Shame he's been out of favour for so long but now he's surely the main CB.

It's bloody hard as a keeper, every mistake under scrutiny. But...you need a keeper making 70/80% saves against mistakes. I'm sorry but Dawson is 50/50 and that's costing more points than winning points. Can't afford that at Championship level.
