    Nobody was 'duped' and what was reported was accurate. There was an agreement and that individual was fronting a group pursuing a chance to buy the club. That is what was reported -- both factually correct.

    We never reported anything on Tilman Fertitta, only stating we hadn't found anyone to stand that report up. Hope that clears it up for you.
