  1. Done - as has been mentioned on here previously, just hope others from various clubs don't influence the vote for 'giggles' Its really important that this is a true reflection of the feeling around WEDs at this present time for it to be any use.
  2. Get Wi-Fi down to your shed and you can watch what telly you want on sky go. Sounds like a result to me as long as she still brings meals down to you
  3. If we are really lucky EFL will demand we play home games behind closed doors. What a shame
  4. Had a terrible week at work after returning from 2 weeks in the sun in Malta Hoping for a decent result at home to put the ying/yang back in order Weds - 2 QPR - 0 incidentally, QPR = Quality Pedersen Result
  5. April 9th 1985. As a Man Utd fan went to Hillsborough with some weds fans. After a few beers decided to stand on Kop and view away fans on Lepp end from a distance. Weds fans were amazing and atmosphere was superb. Weds won 1-0 with a Lee Chapman goal and I was converted from there.
  6. A bit like the story of the blue half of manchester a few years ago - not a recipe for success - it'll never work !!!
  7. Thought for a minute we had signed Ethan Hunt. Would have been useful for this season’s mission impossible
  8. or put an office desk in the middle of the pitch at every board meeting and open the stands for everyone, we can sing our answers to the relevant questions then
  9. Blimey. She’s a stunner. Even I’m interested
  10. Sunderland finished 14. Yes 14 points behind them and still got promoted
  11. Between them they have achieved what we did last year. It’s a joy to watch
  12. Doing a great job at Boston united
  13. My god. How empty is this stadium !
  14. Well playing as we do with the squad we’ve got is not too rewarding so anything worth a try. But saying that, the games are entertaining and unless we’ve got a real shot at promotion, you’d have have to weigh up if you want to see decent games and not go up … or boring games and not go up
  15. wish i had a quid for every cap that was in the ground ! those were the days
  16. yup reckon he's broken his scoring bone !
  17. If we could begin to score as many first half as second half we are going to batter someone soon ! Maybe this is the game . 1-5 weds. Come on boys !!
  18. just recently its been around 1.15 for a 12.30 k/o
  19. typical fishy speculation from the media - theres a lot of this about at the minute
  20. I am hoping DR doesn’t jump ship at this stage and completes the project he’s got running with us. He’ll move on to bigger and better at some point but probably this has come at a good time for him to put the pressure on chansiri to back him in January window or he’s away sooner !
  21. I know what you mean, i did expect our tempo to be at least quicker than it is based on the pre-season training sessions of faster movement football. It feels like all that impetus has dwindled a bit and apart from the odd performance it feels like our pass and move game has slowed down again
  22. There does seem to be a lethargic trend here at kickoff which is worrying but we somehow manage to pick up points regularly by swapping things around after half time. I still think he is looking for answers to the obvious question. We really need to find a solution for missing Barry Bannan, and quickly because if he gets injured we are in trouble. No one seems to want to step up and compete for that role. Not sure why becthey would have a regular team slot for a couple of seasons at least. It’s baffling and frustrating ! That said, we would have been pleased with that point last season, so I guess we are going in the right direction to some extent
