Playing football is not all about what’s happening on the pitch but is played in your head some of these players are beat before the kick off.

It’s not that there’s change taking place we all know that takes time but you still need to be competitive whilst that change is happening. In the last two games we’ve been anything but competitive. It’s a fine line but you’ve got to reach it, you can’t be steamrolled or confidence and belief in the system will drain. It’s now all down to Danny Röhl to get the right balance so change can take place.
