  1. I'd love to know who is actively supporting DC as again nobody I know is being an active cheerleader for him. If supporting him is doing the jobs they are contracted to perform then we are all guilty. That includes me. I said it yesterday, don't believe everything you hear. There are people playing silly games now. When it's getting to the point that I'm getting messages from friends saying ridiculous things and seeing people online talk utter dross about staff it really starts to get under my skin. There's enough on our plates at the moment without having fans turn on any of us. I don't want to get involved in the idle gossip and I don't come on here to argue with people but where are these members of staff that are going to blame the trust for not being paid on time? Where are the Employees who were going to ask fans not to boycott?
  2. They were there for a meeting. Whether that meeting was to discuss the issues, incoming punishments or other reasons that information was withheld from me and a fellow colleague
  3. I've mentioned it in the failure to pay wages thread in a bit more detail but nobody I know would ever speak out against the trust. Nobody has ever said a bad word about them to me. I'd be shocked and quite frankly sickened if anyone did.
  4. It's easier said than done I'm afraid. Yes there's always talks about what we can do. Even if sometimes it is just thinking out loud. The players/coaching staff would be so much easier to organise than the staff. If that was to happen and they asked us to get involved I'm sure a high number would take that up. When you look deeper into the laws around it most are put off and to be fair there are some that are probably scared to take such action.
  5. I have no quarrel with others fans. It's difficult times for everyone at the moment. Everyone's upset and frustrated but it's down to one person. No need to take it out on each other. You have to stand back and see things from other points of view. Hopefully soon everyone can go back to arguing about team selection.
  6. It's a very good point and one I'll certainly be discussing. As I mentioned I have talked to Acas and a Union. It's just a strange case because just when you think you can make some headway you are put back to square one by certain situations. As I said we get tied in knots each month and that's down to a person playing the game well.
  7. Honestly mate it's fine. I've seen a few times on a certain FB group that fans have apparently spoken to certain people who have vented a bit. It's frustrating in different ways for many here. I will be honest aswell if I knew anyone that was going to throw the trust under a bus I would be the first there to have words with them and I'd happily convince them to join the trust. From the bottom of my heart I am with all protest action from all groups apart from the pitch invasion as I don't think that will end well for me. I've spoke a few times with certain people involved in the trust which has been fairly easy as I grew up with one of them.
  8. I've spoke to them previously, got advice from a union aswell on a number of occasions. It's a fair point you have made and one I will bring up with them. The union I spoke to gave a lot of info but we are getting tied in knots constantly. Which is the reason why there's been no movement on a strike or any other action
  9. Lord almighty... When am I coming for you? When am I coming for the trust? Bizarre comment. And to quote your tweet correctly 3) Shut up and get on with it That's why I said it says it all about you. Such a way with words, maybe it's time to relax a bit. Nobody is coming for you, nobody is coming for the trust. Everyone I know here and thats a fair few people have backed the trust. I personally will back the trust all the way. Don't create a divide between us. I have no issue with anyone apart from one person and that's not you.
  10. It's nobody I know if they are. Some of us have attended protests and spoke to the trust openly. His second tweet just shows him for what he is. That's the most polite response I can give
  11. It's been one of those days mate without all this going off. The other half has been in my ear the last few days saying maybe it's time I was sensible and took up a job elsewhere. I turned a good one down a few months back due to the travelling time and I certainly wasn't relocating to that area. My heart wasn't in it but my friend is there and it's still an option. It's catch 22 though as knowing the luck I have I'll go and he will then go a few days later only for us to be taken over by billionaires with bumper payrises for all.
  12. I was told I wasn't going to be paid on time earlier today. Now it seems I'm getting paid at least a bit of my wage. Others in other positions have been told different things. It's like a circus at the moment so guess I'll see tomorrow.
  13. It's not too much to ask for those attending not to take pictures of strangers or children either. It's odd behaviour. Especially in this era when Mens mental health is openly spoken about more than ever and you have people throwing folks under the bus for social media attention. What if the guy in the picture was in a bad place and this witch hunt put him over the edge? Just because he had a drink or bought a kid a bag of skittles? It's a very small percentage of people buying. They shouldn't be hounded out like this by people who are still attending games aswell. As I said It's very poor form. Energy that could be used elsewhere on things that do matter like maybe taking a moment to praise all those that are actively staying away or not spending instead of ridiculing those that do.
  14. If folks were that interested they wouldn't be in the ground in the first place. It really is as simple as that. Nobody should be taking pictures of others trying to shame them. Especially pictures of kids.
  15. I don't agree with taking photos of people and posting them online for views/likes/attention. I saw one last night on a certain group which was of a man and his child who I personally know as they had close connections to the club a while back when the young lad was in and out of the childrens hospital. It's poor form especially when the person taking the photo is in the ground aswell. If you are that militant you wouldn't be there to take that photo. Use that energy elsewhere
  16. They would have done the same to us. I'll take another 100 goals like that this season.
  17. Thought that was Terry Henfleet posting for a minute
  18. There is only one person to blame for this. Lets not forget that
  19. Boycott the Bristol game entirely Regardless of 'He's already had my money'. It's one game to send a louder message than ever before. Let the eyes at the club see who is serious about not renewing come early birds and who is not. A fair few season ticket holders haven't even been to one game yet.
  20. I don't know anyone who hasn't mate
  21. A certain bill by any chance?
  22. I've seen his recent tweet but not any others about it but I try to keep twitter at arms length. It's enough to send anyone over the edge without the current circumstances. We will see though as I said I'm hoping for it to be on time. But if it isn't I have a list of friends and family who went to the Leeds game to pay me I'll be having words with
  23. Last thing I was told was we should be OK this month. This was early last week. Then I got sent a screenshot of the tweet today. Can't say it was a suprise but it is a tweet from Nixon so we will see.
