This 1000000% The trust should communicate this over and over. It is the non-renewal of early bird that should hopefully finish him off. People could still renew later and keep TPP and their seat. If he’s still here come April/May then everyone will have to weigh it up for themselves.

Broad brush numbers he’s looking at a drop of circa £7m in ST revenue if those results hold true. Using 18k current ST holders at an average of £450 a ST (assuming a fair few concessions). 12% of 18k @ £450 is only £972k of ST income. Adjust the numbers above as you see fit but THIS should be the major push now to get him out.
