  1. If they do go on sale and enough people buy them that will take him till January and then he will sell what he can, which then could keep him on till the end of the season. Not to mention TV/EFL money. This period is so vital to starving him out, if he gets till January we are screwed.
  2. Exactly. Some think the IFR will rock and say bye and he will go, it’s going to be a long process. We are a test case, there will be bumps in the road, back and forth, legal challenges, it will all get tied up in red tape and what not. The more DC spends on legal fees is good but it won’t stop him dragging it out. It’s stated on the trust website the IFR can’t just boot him out. It will be a long process.
  3. Like I said DC will fight it, it’s not gonna be easy as some people think. Eventually will he lose, we hope, but it’s gonna be a long drawn out process. He certainly doesn’t seem worried about the IFR.
  4. We are 9 games in and the players look very tired already. We have no options to change much, lots of young kids, there is.player welfare aspect here too.
  5. The booing started with the stewards started to line up. Then the people ran on the pitch and the booing started when a reward grabbed a fan. No booing went towards our fans. That narrative needs to stop!!
  6. Too many excuses in our fanbase for not to do something. Cant boycott as I’ve been coming for a million years. Can’t tell my child they won’t understand, we’ll sit them down and explain - not hard is it? Can’t boycott because I need my TTP points. Have to buy the shirt I’ve done it every year and can’t stop now. Need a pint because I can’t cope without one for 90 minutes.
  7. It’s what I’ve been saying, I don’t think it will be as easy as some think. It’s ok saying the IFR will say you’re unfit and proper but then there is a process, appeals etc, yes he will lose but it’s just delay tactics. DC will fight everything. DC will already be doing due diligence on the IFR, probably legal stuff already in place for when it starts. Like you say why not just sell now get some money, rather than the IFR takeover and give him nothing. It’s not a sign of someone who’s worried is it?, he continues to not act in a proper manner. Will they boot him out, yes but it will take time. It’s not an instant process.
  8. If you want to go on the pitch go for it , if you don’t then fair enough. Every fan that does go on the pitch should be applauded. Too much scare talk about what May or may not happen. How many people got arrested today? How many people got arrested when Reading did it? It’s an offence to enter the pitch at any time, how many got banned or arrested when people jumped on the pitch against Peterborough?
  9. Not even sure this invading the pitch will get the club a fine. I hope it does, more cost to DC. Rob Staton said as the fans just walked off he can’t see the EFL banging on the door handing out fines, along them lines anyway. The fans just seemed to walk back to the stand and watch the game, too much scaremongering IMO about it all.
  10. He’s very dangerous and with that you can’t tell what he will do. He doesn’t like being told what to do, he obviously doesn’t care about supporters, employees, players etc. DC cares about DC. With a person like this you just don’t know what’s next with him. So when someone tells him to get out(IFR) he won’t take kindly to it. He will fight it. Will he lose out eventually, yes, but in the meantime I feel this club, Employees, players, supporters are in for more hurt. He’s a loser that will fight everything and anything.
  11. There was loads buying. It was awful. Pints, hot drinks, food. Mental.
  12. My point is and it’s said in the SWFC trust site, the IFR can’t simply remove an owner on demand. They have to notify him, give him a chance to respond/appeal. DC will appeal we know that, he’s appealed everything chucked at him. I just think it won’t be as quick as people think, he will go eventually but he will fight it. We all know DC isn’t fit and proper, but he thinks he’s above it all. He will fight it. You always have a right to appeal and he will, we know that. He will go fighting.
  13. There will be red tape galore. Regulator will tell him to go, he will say no, he will fight it, get a legal team, look for loopholes etc. We are the test subject. Nobody truly knows how it will work. We know DC and he won’t just go. He will fight all the way. He won’t go when he can get some money back from a sale. It could take a LONG time to get rid.
  14. ST’s are already counted, so it doesn’t matter if you turn up or not. From the outside it looks like SWFC fans are still supporting with 20k crowds. ONLY count the people who walk through the turnstiles and it would be a huge difference.
  15. The regulator isn’t going to come in and kick him out instantly, it’s naive to think that will happen. It will take time, he will fight it, delay it, red tape etc. People need to stop relying on the regulator.
