  1. That’s a one wash shrink special if ever I’ve seen one. It is beyond laughable at this point. God I hate Chansiri.
  2. Honestly past caring. Have been since before the season started with all the issues. It’s clear what’s going to happen this season yet people still moan when we lose. Crazy. Seasons a write off. Probably next too at the going rate. One of the terrible excuses for still going I’ve seen is “what do you tell your kids when they’re asking to go?” simple. You tell them no. Let’s do something else instead. We can go another time. Not hard really, and it doesn’t make you a bad parent. Time for excuses has long gone. Boycott everything Sheffield Wednesday until the cancer is cut out. This isn’t negativity, it’s realism at this point.
  3. I’m at a baby shower today. Probably one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Yet I’d rather be here than Hillsborough right now, and that saddens me to the core to say that.
  4. Remember though, pay top prices for tickets and shirts for top players.
  5. Anybody who renews their season ticket for next year currently has the football club and owner that they deserve. It’s as simple as that. They clearly must be happy with how things are going and to be mugged off. Yeah it might be a chance to meet up with people and mates and spend some time together, or spend time with the kids, but Sheffield is a big place, choose something else to do on a Saturday afternoon. No excuses now.
  6. However you look at it, good PR, getting rid of stock or solidarity with a club in need, it’s a classy gesture that they didn’t need to do. Fair play and respect, they’ve chosen to stand with our fans and that can’t be overlooked.
  7. There’s unfortunately an abject apathetic virus festering in some of our fanbase. That’s not a dig, I get it, but the time to act is now. I’ve taken a step back for the sake of my own mental health. This club means everything to me, it’s been passed down through generations and to see it rotting under this ownership is heartbreaking. I think a lot of fans need to do the same because it’s the heartbreak that can turn into vitriol against other fans. I also think there’s a bit of a “if you don’t go you’re not a real fan” mentality too. Hit him in his pocket, it’s the only thing this clown cares about. If you have a season ticket and still want to go, then not a pound in the ground. It’s really not that hard. Don’t feel ashamed for not going, for not buying you or your kids a shirt this year, don’t be bullied into thinking you’re not a real fan for standing up against the inept tyrant in charge. This is our club, starve him of the money, spend your weekends doing something else and we will be back. Until then, let’s just have each others backs rather than bringing each other down. UTO
  8. We all knew how this season was going to pan out, just don’t let it get you down. Not sure what people really expected in fairness. I’m not even bothering watching it and probably won’t watch many games this season because it’s not worth the mental anguish. See the season as a write off and hopefully we can start again in league 1 with a new owner and renewed optimism.
  9. Then why do people call you Dave? Is it a nickname like?
  10. I’d be done with football. I wouldn’t even watch as a casual. I’d be too disgusted and down to even bother watching it. I simply wouldn’t enjoy it any more.
  11. Imagine having players that’s have to sign up for universal credit just to get by. This is beyond incompetence, it’s malice pure and simple. He’s happy for us to go out of existence and he will continue his nice cosy life in Thailand. I’m beyond fuming, I’m just sick, tired and done with it all.
  12. Wikipedia is open platform. As long as you have an account you can edit whatever pages you like. I once edited Samuel L Jackson’s page to demonstrate how unreliable it can be to say he’d quit acting and was opening a fish and chip shop called Hakes on a Plaice in Sheffield and it stayed there for 4 days before it was taken down. It’s just been added as pure conjecture by some idiot/pig.
  13. Barmaid has just said it’s back on again.
  14. I genuinely believe the idiot in charge has a legit mental deficiency in some form or another. He has gone beyond incompetence a long time ago and is now in genuine concerned for mental welfare territory. It was always going to be difficult for any buyer to put up with his approach and shortfalls. This isn’t bad business, there’s something else going off here that we just can’t comprehend. Couple of sandwiches short of a picnic.
  15. I just do not care about the upcoming season at all and I hate it. It’s a complete write off already in my opinion. I don’t live in Sheffield anymore so I don’t get season tickets like I used to, but I still enjoy going to Hillsborough when I can, or at least I used to. I won’t be stepping foot in the ground whilst he is here. I’ve just simply had enough and it’s honestly so deflating. I love Wednesday and the fact I simply don’t give a flying monkey anymore is both surprising and upsetting. All down to the narcissist in control.
  16. Bad workers. Sell business. Be respect.
  17. Feel for those that have paid the silly amount for season tickets next season. 18 month transfer embargo and next seasons an absolute write off already. We aren’t even going to be in a relegation battle. It will just be relegation. Feel for the staff too. It’s sickening it seems this charlatan is refusing to sell our club and I’m genuinely feeling so deflated about the whole thing. I miss Hillsborough, but I won’t be stepping foot back in there whilst he is killing the club. It seems he’s just happy to take the club down with him because of front loading debts.
  18. Next seasons gonna be a ton of fun isn’t it.
  19. Being completely outplayed here. Haven’t got going at all.
  20. Predictable. that’s all there is to say at this point really. Same thing week in week out. Play well in patches, don’t deserve to lose, fail to take chances, ref makes terrible calls and we let in poor goals. Rinse and repeat.
  21. Getting bored of crap ref decisions and crap defending. Just so predictable every damn week. Play ok and inevitably lose.
  22. I never expected playoffs. I expected mid table and that’s what we will get. compared to last season it’s still a good season and we should be happy with the progress. But I do worry what will happen when Röhl leaves. Chansiri hasn’t got the means to keep us competitive in the championship. It’s a sad reality really.
  23. Lost control in midfield, Smith is offering nothing and Johnson looks disinterested half the time. Changes needed.
  24. Well, I’m off to the pub lads. Seen enough of this. Have a good Boxing Day.
