Love his attitude, captains mentality, seems to have got an edge about him this season that he didnt have last season, has some bite and aggression about him (which the pigs said he was incapable of), very good player.

Personally I'd like to see a back 4 of Iorfa, Bernard, Weaver, Lowe, I think Amass looks much better further up the pitch out wide, Palmer to rotate with Iorfa and Bernard for fitness retention.

Issue is he is probably on about 500£ a week and thats even if he gets that, any team in this division can dangle 8, 9k in front of him and he would be daft not to take it.

Highly recommend watching the recent podcast with him on, forgot the name, but let's say Chansiri did a..... well a Chansiri, they questioned Fletcher on the recent ongoings at Wednesday and he looked gutted, said he really wanted to stay, got absolutely screwed with wages, but looked visibly gutted about the club.

Yes, all transfers in and out have to be approved, they can decline if they feel it will put the team in a squad crisis, for example having to approve emergency incomings whilst under current embargoes like we are, Pierce Charles/Hovarth situation for example, its no good them letting chansiri strip the squad if they will need to approve emergency loans a few weeks later due to a inadequate/uncompetitive playing squad putting the integrity of the fixtures in question.

Never got the hate on Adam Reach, was a quality addition, was worth the transfer fee in goals and assists, great engine aswell.

He is absolutely garbage.

I think there is alot of positives to take from that game, unlucky with the pen, but it seems we have found a system and look much more balanced, feel a few players are going to be at sacrifice though (mcneil, Kobacki) etc, but we definitely look much more assured and have a way about us.
