The issue is not someone leaving on 88 minutes, although that too is pointless because it doesn't save you any time in the long run. The issue is people moaning about how expensive tickets are and rightly so and then missing half the game by leaving at half time. Also 23 games, leaving on 88 minutes, is 46 minutes which is an entire half, not including the average 5 minutes added on so that's another 115 minutes which is almost a game and a half!!

I have never understood people leaving early. Fans moan about how expensive our tickets are and then leave early!! What did they expect this season?? Every game is going to be like this so best get used to it!

Still very confused. Joe Crann reporting yesterday that club were committed to making repairs to get safety certificate and now Clive Betts putting out this statement. Tried to get excited about the fixtures coming out and went through the motions of checking whether we were at home on Boxing Day (yes we are!) the dates of the derby games (although these will obviously change) and who we play first and who is the last match of the season. Just didn't have the same buzz of anticipation about the new season. Yes, I will go - I've got a season ticket and he's already pissed my money up the wall but just can't get excited!!
