    My daughters and me are not going to try and get him out of our club. Fingers crossed it’s sooner rather than later. Once that happens, it’s vital we don’t jump from him to another helmet.

    IMO there was a lot of ground to cover, and a covering player close enough, for the first foul not to be given as a clear red.

    There was an offside given against Smith in the first half where he was about 5 yards behind play and closing down their player, then the Lino put his flag up and said he came back from an offside position. He was onside the whole time.

    Because at the time it was necessary? Now we have brought in a lot of targets he isn’t in the plans moving forward perhaps.

    Forgot about Cads as well. Maybe a loan out for him or maybe Danny see’s him as a real option this season.

    I think we have options now with Ugbo, Smith and even Pato for the focal point. If we could bring someone on loan who is better than we have then let’s go for it. If not the only worry is if Ugbo got a knock it’s a big downgrade whoever replaces him at the moment. Lowe looks to be best as inside left forward. He could also do a job maybe?

    For me he has to play a part on Sunday if not a starter. He will have been keeping fit and he is a big player for us. I understand people saying ease him in but we need to get him playing and give him game time immediately.

    We have done some great, early business so far. I still believe we need Ugbo, Bernard and Poveda and then 2 x CM and maybe an upgrade on CB as well. Still plenty of work for us to manage but brilliant what we have done so far. Buzzing.
