    I think he’s spent more like £200m incl. the initial purchase. What a brilliant businessman if he recovers £15m!!

    The 1940 remaining doesn’t include blocks AA, EE and KK in the South, so probably more like 3,400 remaining, so more like 27 - 28k at present.

    Can anybody explain the mechanics of HMRC submitting a winding up order to the Courts, how this can turn to Administration without Chansiri ( the main creditor) putting us into voluntary liquidation himself?

    That looks about right from what I could see on telly.

    There must be creditors (other than Chansiri) that can put us in Administration, and then it’s out of his control (except for the ground).
