The Walton’s always looked like to good to be true? Hope the bizzle is correct and it is because we know who they are and who/how much is behind them? However if at least two groups have spoke to the council that implies they ain’t in it for a quick flip to make money? This involves planning , strategy and means to make it happen? Which all leads to people with money ! And no small amounts of it either? I’m confident that whoever we end up will be way past what we could have wished for two to three months ago? We’ll soon find out folks uto

If you enough dough anything possible

If the people involved have the serious money then could they possibly purchase the land that is currently being developed across from the ground ( yes Lidl already there) build them knock Hillsborough down turn that into the retail park when new ground built? Also could purchase the police place niagra and link up current training ground with that ? Costs yrs but if they have the money who knows

If and it’s a big if they bid or enquired about a bid months ago and are interested now and want us ….they’ll get us ? Think we’ll end up with good owners but this would be something else !! Just can’t see it? Guess that comes being the bridesmaid for years and never the bride …… once just once come on!!!!

Sounded to me they know exactly what’s required, how much ? 5 year plan? And still looks like they’re going to bid? His downbeat part maybe hinting that expectations need reigning in a bit to allow a plan to work?

Tbf recent landlord tried to make it work we usually go in after match let traffic ease, probably don’t make enough on other days to carry on? Probably another pub doomed never to open again

I’m sure we’re under some sort of max per week aswell? Not sure who else we can sign atm

So if cooper comes in does well we still get rid and start again …in the league below? I’d agree if we stayed up totally

Remember league one? The battle every week? Every team will be out to put one over us because we will be the biggest in that league? We will need players who have been there and done it, mixed with youngsters who are hungry! Getting the mix right is always hard

If cooper and watmore are both fit they’ll be decent signings for next season in league one? Redmonds fitness too much of an issue for me

Watmore for me, lot less risk? Can only sign two atm and signing redmond who hasn’t played much too much of a gamble
