Andy Parslow resigns
Tommy Crawshaw replied to TouchIsGolden's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
He ought to put a claim in for constructive dismissal. As should any other staff that haven't been paid regularly.- 51 replies

Trust Call For Full Boycott Against Middlesbrough
Tommy Crawshaw replied to TZOwl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Again these excuses don't wash. If we were that concerned about staff losing their jobs we wouldn't be boycotting anything. Selling home tickets, food kiosks, club shop, all employ staff. And if some fans need their day out for their well being, then that also should apply to home games. -
To everyone that went on the pitch

Bannan was expecting the invasion and didn't look annoyed to me. I didn't see him telling fans to get off the pitch. I saw him rushing over and waving his arms at some stewards that were manhandling a fan to tell them to stop. -

These pathetic excuses to justify going to away games just don't wash I'm afraid. Any prospective buyer won't give a throw about 2 or 3 thousand going to an away game. And it's only 5% of £30-£35 so no problem multiply that by 3K buying them and over the season it's going to be over 100 grand going to Chumpsiri so he can hang on. Why should people be told not go to Hillsborough with a ticket paid for 11 months ago and they dont spend a penny in the ground, by someone that goes to away games and puts money in Chumpsiri's pocket. It's should be not a penny more across the board, end of. Some people want their cake and eat it. -
It's those win bonuses he's going to be paying out that will kill him.

Criticising people that go to home games but not away games isn't exactly standing together. If we want to see empty stands at home then why not empty stands away, as well, it would have just as much impact. The home teams might kick off about it also, as they would be losing somewhere in the region of £50-60K I thought the protests Saturday were excellent and made the national news. I didn't see the Birmingham game but apparently the protests there were pretty woeful. And the club has made thousands from the 5 away games so far, that cannot be denied. I find the attempts to justify going to away matches while at the same time criticising those going to Hillsborough a bit off. As a ST holder I won't be going to the Middlesbrough game. But in my opinion it should be 'one out all out' to coin a phrase. Not a penny more should mean just that. -
It's a proper full broadcast game, not Sky+.

They should just ban everybody -
I think we should do that every home match

As long as it remains peaceful the police won't be arresting anyone. They have bigger problems to spend their time on. -
The Trust should 100% be calling for a boycott of this match.

Wednesday Coventry OMDT
Tommy Crawshaw replied to Lord Snooty's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
It's obvious that defence is the main deficiency of team. Conceding on average 2.2 goals per game and always looking a shambles. At home we have a problem going behind early which kills us. 1st minutes v Stoke 3rd minute v Coventry 6th minute v Bristol C. I thought Weaver did well yesterday but the weak links were experienced players in Iorfa and Palmer, with some shambolic defending. Hopefully Bernard can help shore things up at the back when he is fit. -
I'll be amazed if ST's go on sale in the next 10 days, or even Christmas. But then again it's DaftCunt we're talking about. I know plenty who won't be renewing or buying any tickets while he is here, including myself. We need to ramp things up now. Complete boycott of matches home and away. No exceptions.
-
Yes there were and plenty buying from them.
-
No but he was still better than Palmer and Iorful.
-
We could have gone in at 0-2, regrouped and come out fighting. While ever it's only two you're still in with a chance. That decision must have felt like a kick in the nuts to the players right on half time. Instead it was game over.
-
I agree go in at HT 2-0 down and you still have a chance albeit a slim one. To go in 3-0 down like that was a kick in the nuts and game over.

He wasn't only offside for the tap in, he was offside along with two more of their players when the ball was headed on from by Thomas-Assante from the cross. Wright was offside twice, Stevie Wonder could have seen that.

They've got to find the c vnt first. -
Why was it given? He's clearly offside.
-
Yep come to Hillsborough, we'll guarantee you 3 points and play your song for you.
-
Only option now is players refusing to play

Thought it was brilliant that Palmer and Iorfa went on strike today, just a pity the others didn't join in. -
Talk about rubbing salt into the wounds. Amid all the cr@p going on it was just added to the embarrassment of being hammered at home by those tw@ts.
