  1. Only for those that can't handle their drink.
  2. But still half the length of the pub up the road in S5.
  3. The £80 is the reward, you get to pay the same price (per game) as a season ticket holder who bought one and didn't boycott. The additional £20 is a reward to all those that paid £50 membership when the club needed the money the most.
  4. Can I have your job, being paid to be on Owlstalk.
  5. You used to live in the Stadium?
  6. I used to bring in 2 of my kids for £23 a season and another 2 of them for £75. I still could if they didn't get older. This year I paid £345 for 2 of them and £75 for the other 3. It isn't just about price, I don't know what it is. I was going to say it is getting dads, mums, uncles and aunties to take a child but then I remember me going as a child I used to go with my mates. I doubt a bunch of twelve year olds are allowed in the ground now without an adult. I don't know the answer it is above me ken, hopefully the new owner can get the balance right.
  7. Wouldnt have expected you to have. Well done for everything you are doing.
  8. Sponsoring a player the Vatman takes 16.67%, the club gets 100% if it is a donation.
  9. It is fücking stupid. It is outdated and to stop what Ken Bates did at Leeds happening again. Football ownership has moved on the rules haven't far better to get a rogue owner in to administration and gone. No points deduction would preserve the value of the club and therefore encourage the bad owner to exit.
  10. Not as unlikely as you think. Business man who is a Wednesday fan from Donny is definitely interested.
  11. iplayer is available in Ireland.
  12. Over 600 tickets sold in last 30 minutes.
  13. The one on the ground was due at the end of last month and the lender has a right of sale 7 days after. Chansiri might still be negotiating or it may have been paid off by rolling it on for another year.
  14. HMRC don't appoint administrators. They don't care about SWFC nor do they care that we have 2 home games in 3 days.
  15. HMRC, like any other creditor can go to court to wind a company up for non payment of monies. HMRC are more likely to do this as they have a preferred creditor status in a winding up. There are no fixed or floating charges against SWFC listed. Employees claims are higher but limited as to the amount. As has been oft quoted on here, an unsecured creditor can go to court to get an administrator appointed instead of a liquidator, but this is very difficult and rare. There are three criteria that the court will consider: 1. The company is a going concern - without director/shareholder backing we are not. 2. It would achieve a better result for the creditors (this is cash not emotions) as a whole. Chansiri is still a big part of the creditors as a whole and also administration would not, if creditor led, result in a better result for the creditors. 3. To secure the assets for sale, the true assets are the fan base and the place in the EFL, I don't think an Administrator can sell either of them. In my opinion, the only way a court would even consider an unsecured creditor's application to appoint an Administrator would be if, the unsecured creditor has an investor behind them to say they will back and pay the losses going forward and give the creditors more money than they would otherwise get. A kind of creditor prepack. If Chansiri as the main creditor could challenge or not the "better result for the creditors". I presume he could and guess he might win. In Summary a HMRC winding up, would probably lead to the liquidation of SWFC. Unless. . . . . . The IFR steps in. This is my only hope. I have read the legislation and believe he as the powers, although from here I am not sure if he has the powers now. Hopefully they will be forthcoming. @kobayashi your thoughts on my summary would be appreciated, at least by me.
  16. Football Governance Act 2025 Section 39 and Section 43 are good places to start. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/21/section/39 https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/21/section/43
  17. I know someone who organises trips for football teams from as far away as America to play local sides. They often take in local football games and I know they have been taken to Hillsborough several times, could be something like that. Regardless, not many POTG been sold at all.
  18. If you are going to use AI ask it the right questions. If you want to know what can happen look at the legislation and caselaw. Insolvency Act 1986 - Schedule B1 paragraph 3(1) is a good start. Someone on Owlstalk wanting one is not listed. It would be difficult for a creditor to get the court to appoint an Administrator based on this.
  19. I hope so, I think to have any chance they would also have to have a buyer lined up with proof of funds and probably someone who has already passed the fit and proper test.
  20. Lets hope so but I cannot understand why he just doesnt sell to avoid both Winding up and Administration.
  21. How do you know they haven't been paid. I probably wanted paying up front, I know I would have. Also why are they so special that the court would allow them to appoint an administrator? I can't see any reason why the court would.
  22. Administration is to protect the Company from creditors winding the Company up. It isn't meant to protect the creditors from the Company being wound up, that is why creditors have to apply to court and prove Administration is a good thing and also why the Court very rarely allow them to succeed.
  23. Yes DC can put us in to Admin as the owner. He doesn't seem to want to so how are we going to get in to Administration to save the club.
  24. Who are these mysterious creditors who are going to apply for Admin? And why are they so special that a court will allow them to?
