I think those owed debts can force administration if the debtor can not meet his responsibility to pay. Then all decisions and control are taken from the debtor and the administrator is then in charge of all finances and decisions. The difference this time and when Mandaric took over is we will go down without administration or new ownership this season. While last time we were never in a position to be relegated. To be honest I welcome Administration as we will be bought as potential owners are queuing up and secondly we will get rid of the cancer that is Chumpsiri finally from the club.
