  1. I can see Kris moving jobs in the New Year. CEO of Sheffield Wednesday working alongside the new (Us, Middle Eastern, North African) owners. He will get a big bonus for winning the 2031 UCL.
  2. “Funny how the disaster never happened with our fans.” Worked out all by myself that is was probably because our fans wouldn’t be in the away end, apart from the Wycombe game. It was all seater then. Our dans would have known about potential issues as well in that end (Spurs, Leeds, Coventry, Liverpool year before and even (cough) Newcastle.) New owners will hopefully make the best long term commercially successful decision, to progress us both on and off the pitch for decades to come.
  3. Put them in cheese wedge like Wycombe.
  4. OK thanks - strange that DC appointed an Owl as administrator? I can also see he will get.a dividend payment once sold. Any idea on how much or what percentage that is likely to be?
  5. Not familiar with the process of Administration. How do administrators get appointed? (Assume there are various firms around and also that it would have to be a UK company). What are the chances that the person fronting up our admin process is an Owl (assuming that this will be good.) Did DC not have a say in who was appointed? Would have thought it would have been a London based firm as he had used Linklaters and Sedulo Audit both based in the City of London for financial matters previously.
  6. It’s good to not have Pontus Jansson in the team
  7. We should be in the history books by Saturday 3pm. Sheffield Wed 0 vs 80 Coventry possesion stats 98% Wednesday vs 2% Coventry Liam Palmer 80 own goals may get some worldwide attention probably more powerful than holding a gun to the c**nts head

  10. Don’t think we can prise him from Liverpool. Amazing that he has lost his Dutch accent in a matter of months.
  11. Having to sit through the Thai national anthem when their King died.
  12. He must have very little legs if he ranks Queens Park Rubbish as number 1.
  13. Move to a new stadium and all the issues will go away. Except it won't. Stadium crowds needs to be managed. The worst 3 incidents I experienced at sporting events have been. 1) England vs Holland friendly around 1987. Severe crushing and one of my friends who was behind a barrier (which I was in front off) was crying out as he was so scared of being crushed. This was just how stadiums were at that time. 2) Redskins vs Eagles around 2004. Sunday night game and just fighting all around the stadium, no seggration and a really nasty atmosphere. I expect it is the same at all US stadiums, often read about trouble and fans getting killed. 3) Then most surprising. Before the 2016 at Wembley (again, surely that sh*t heap needs to be knocked down and replaced) when there was dangerous crushing probably caused by the escalators to the upper tiers breaking down. Lack of stewards to assist and help, keep everyone calm. Have only been on the Lepping Lane twice. Once prior to 1989, think it was 1987 against Arsenal and I was in plenty of space under the police box but on TV you could see 99% of the Arsenal fans tightly in the pens and then in 2012 for Wycombe, can't remember any problems that day. However some have said there have been no problems before 1989. Think you have forgotten about Spurs in 1981, Coventry in 1987, Leeds in 1987 and then Liverpool the year before in 1988.
  14. I live in a small cup de sac just North of Watford. As far as I know there are 2 houses that support Watford, 2 that support Liverpool and 2 that are Wednesday (3 doors away from mine). Only seen blunts down this way twice, once a random fan on a Friday night when they were on TV in Central Watford and then a lot of them before a game at Wembley in the TGIs in Garston.
  15. Juan Delgado going to Everton - thats a surprise. Don't think he is good enough for the Premier League?
  16. They finish 3rd and we finish 5th. Both teams are successful in the playoff semis. All 9 penalties scored at Wembley. Last penalty is taken by them. Watch out International Space Station.
  17. Maybe we could get the goalie we had that night back. If he is still around?
  18. Thanks for publishing are target list for next season. I don’t think we will get Bamford though?
  19. Chris Woods fault 100%. Poor positioning and slow anticipation.
  20. All this talk of new manager, but it is possible that our leader will just do nothing? No new manager, no statement and just let us coast into further oblivion?
  21. Same as - Watford fans telling me that we were getting a right player, much better than Fessi. The goal away at Forest though. Thanks for the memory Abdi.
  22. The clubs we will be playing over the next 50 years?
