  1. After that performance and watching xisco for most of the game. He wants us to play a high line, utilising width. He was very unhappy with Smith and Patto in the second half. We need a centre half, a back up left back, two decent wingers and a goal keeper if we stand any chance next season as a minimum.
  2. Does the ID you are logged in under have the correct priority? Family and friends priority shouldn’t matter. I bought 2 yesterday and then a further 2 today as one was a foundation ID. Bought both lots logged in on my ID that was eligible to buy yesterday afternoon.
  3. Should have a buy tickets button at the bottom of the instruction page.
  4. You need to be on his family and friend list. Once tickets are in his basket he will have to allocate it to your ID. He’ll need your name, postcode and ID number. Took me less than a minute to do this but would recommend doing it asap.
  5. Everyone who can buy before 9:30 on Wednesday is guaranteed a ticket so won't sell out before then. Some blocks on level 5 are being held back.
  6. I don’t think I know anyone who would book tickets in that way. I certainly wouldn’t. How do you know that those 2 in the middle aren’t season ticket seats that have been there’s for a number of years. 2 seasons ago I moved my seat to a odd one so I could sit next to my dad. That seat had previously been a ST holders seat and had remained empty for a number of years before I took it due the the previous ST holder choosing not to renew. When we originally moved to those seats 15 years ago there we 5 adults and 5 kids with the kids being on the row in front of the adult. I am the only remaining “Child” that still has a season ticket while 3 of the 5 adults still remain in their original seats, meaning odd seats had opened up and to someone like you who just looks at the seating maps would have seen looked at our row prior to me moving and seen 1 empty seat split between a 2 and another single. You would have assumed the person taking the single seat was selfish as he could have taken the seat next to the other 2 leaving 3 empty seats together instead of 2, when it’s simply a case of someone renewing their ST over a number of years and those seats around them changing. Football stadiums are unique in the fact all tickets are not available when tickets go on general sale. I can understand a system like this for a theatre/concert when all tickets go on sale at the same time but the very nature of how football tickets are sold will mean you will always get single seats dotted around the stadium. So to implement such policy for the rare times we actually sell out would be pointless imo
  7. Disagree with this, I could possibly understand if we sold out every week but this isn’t the case. It would also make it very difficult for S/T holders who occasionally have family/friends sit with them. There are 5 of us ST holders that sit together with a gap of 2 seats between the next ST holders. I bought one of these tickets for my husband as soon as the tickets went on sale as I knew it would be a high demand game and bar those 2 seats there are no available seats nearby. So putting a policy in place that would only be needed around once a season, would mean I would have to either buy 2 tickets depriving another fan on sell out games or not have a family member sit close by. If you genuinely wanted a ticket to the game it wouldn’t matter where you sat and if you did care, you should buy one as soon as they go on sale.
  8. “Who can buy a 2021/22 Season Ticket? At this stage, Season Tickets are available only to those supporters who purchased an Early Bird Season Ticket in January, February and March 2020.” Thats according to FAQ’s on the site, so if you bought a S/T last year you have the choice of renewing and having the remaining as a credit on you’re account to use against future home tickets or the full refund sat as a credit to use in the future. If I had the option of a refund i would take it but with that option not available I will more than likely renew and have £95 in credit instead of £455.
  9. I’m still waiting for my refund. Received my confirmation email at 13:04 on 29/6. Chansiri says we should all be refunded by the end of May.
  10. That doesn’t seem the case for me. I applied 2 mins after the refund option was opened and am still waiting. Requested my fathers later in the day and he got his back in November. I emailed just after Christmas to ask for a time frame on my refund and got the stock email response like everyone else.
  11. Still waiting. Email confirmation 13:04 on 29/6 Applied for my dads later that afternoon and he received his refund back in November. So they obviously aren’t refunding based on time/date applied.
  12. It stated 60 days when it asked for ID, name and contact number. Also been told only 2 members of the office staff are currently back off furlough, so guessing that’s why it’s going to take so long to process.
  13. Get yourself a Bolton ticket still 160 left for a game only 60mile journey and you’ll get your 10 points and be higher up that priority ladder. Around 60% of our away games went to s/t sale last year. If you want to build your points up go to the less desirable games then you’ll have enough points for tickets to the games everyone wants to go to.
  14. It seems to me that FF is frustrated at CC's tactics and constantly asking him to defend/track back when he's played on the left. FF is the most creative player in the team, why isn't he being allowed to express himself and cause problems to othe teams like he was when he first signed? Also so look at the McGeedy interview from a few days ago where he says he wanted to quit playing during his time here and that the difference between being with us and Preston was that Grayson let him and the other attacking players express themselves. Only one person to blame in this and that's CC for both the negative tactics and hanging FF out to dry on the back of a bad result.
  15. I got tickets for Brighton away leg last year with 650 points and they still went to the phase after that.
  16. Well imo it's not a funny account and all those finding it hilarious are enabling the account to carry on and mislead fans. The neg button is for when you disagree with someone. I don't find it funny and don't find agree with the opinion of those that find it funny Like I said you keep taking the wee wee out of fans under the "WAWAW" banner because imo someone taking the wee wee out of fans who need help is not funny or helpful to the club long term
  17. The club gets enough stick for the things it could do better as it is imo without some un funny un obvious "parody" accont joining in. But you all carry on and find it hilarious and keep taking the wee wee out of other fans because "WAWAW"
  18. Does it make the club look good to potential customers?
  19. Im not a he and have not fallen for whatever crap they spout, Just as a season ticket holder of over 20 years find it pathetic that so called fans find it amusing to reply to genuine tweets to the ticket office with bullshit. If if they had tweeted the parody account the fair enough but the tweets they are responding to are tweets to the genuine ticket office account and it's not obvious reading the replys are from the 'parody' account.
  20. Nope no idea who either of these people are. Just the account very unfunny and misleading as a supposed "parody"account.
  21. I'll tell you why I don't like him/them. They reply to genuine tweets to the ticket office giving miss information to fans. Yes some people ask stupid questions but it's not always obvious that the response is not from the ticket office. The twitter name is one letter different to the official ticket office twitter and it's easy to not see the person replying is a fanny taking the wee wee out of people who need help with regards to ticketing matters. They are are not particularly funny with the tweets either, what happened to helping fellow fans and treating others how you'd like to be treated?
  22. All these 3 are for sale. Hutchinson signed match worn poppy shirt v Fulham Forestieri signed match worn v Brighton play offs
  23. Neil made my day
