Individual errors are littered throughout the season. Brown's corner springs to mind against Rotherham.

I think Dunkley's constant shouting and desire to lead/motivate distracts him from his actual role. I would rather someone do their job as the minimum and then anything else is a bonus, so long as it doesn't impact basic duties.

The real reason we have been relegated this season is that both on and off the pitch, the club has been complete bobbar.

Asking where the leader is implies that we have one. We don’t have one, in the stands or on the pitch and we haven’t for some time. We had hoped that our new manager would be this figure and through awful circumstances he can’t even assume this role.

We could employ someone who has no history or background of communication/engagement and just by relying on common sense alone we would see an improvement. So much is obvious, there is also so much material out there to help and so many other successful models being practiced by other clubs that it makes it inexcusable for me to accept the level we are at. That list of clubs with us being at the bottom is entirely accurate and Chansiri and his team should be looking at ways to address it, both through quick wins and comms strategy planning.

Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but I wouldn’t offer Harris a deal either. The only way I’d offer him a deal is if I could flip him in the transfer market and I don’t think the value he’d bring would be worth the risk.
