If there are any people that still support DC or people that still don't understand the need for protest/boycott etc you have to keep plugging away and hopefully it sinks in, vilifying people for their choices to carry on supporting DC in handing over cash to him over the turnstiles or kiosk etc just won't work in converting them. My father is in his 80s, been going since 1950s, I've had a season ticket for 37 years. He has gone from going to the Leeds game to "support the lads" as he has for the last 70 years to asking what pub we're watching the Boro game in and not renewing until DC has gone...its taken a while but we're there!

Don’t Buy Tickets For Grimsby
Singing The Blues replied to BIG D's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I see Grimsby fans are been pressured into selling their full extra 2000 allocation or all the tickets will be cancelled and returned, never seen anything like it. -
isn't it time Danny chirped up?
Singing The Blues replied to Hammy70's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Yeh would be a really worthwhile interview wouldn't it. How's the preparations going for next year - "Garbage" How's the side shaping up - "Awful" What formation could dominate this season - "Just hoping I can fill all 11 spots" How are the new signings coming along...actually forget that one. What's morale like - "all time low" The only ambition this year in our current state is to keep both losses to Utd to a maximum of 3-0 so they can't avenge the BDM. -

Johnson's just let him run to the near post and just pointed at him, pathetic defending once again from us. All too common these days -
5th top scorers and 5th worst defence. If it's a choice, I'll go CB please

Sheffield United v Owls Matchday Thread
Singing The Blues replied to Holmowl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Utd we're garbage considering they were 2nd, did very little and their fans were falling asleep in the stands they were that bad. But they know all the tricks to see out a game, and we are so naive. Unfortunately our Danny got it wrong today in persisting with a massively out of form Ugbo in stead of Smith who did more in his first 5 minutes than Ugbo did in his 60/70 mins. -

Wednesday - V - Sunderland OMDT
Singing The Blues replied to Lord Snooty's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
After no wins in 8, a statement from our glorious chairman where there aren't enough hours in the day to pick apart, and 3-0 down after 30 mins at home, there is a deafening silence in the ground, why are we so apathetic when things are bad. I also include myself in that, being a season ticket holder for 30+ years, sat at home watching on the TV. -

Singing The Blues replied to Chansiri is king's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Absolutely, i just dont think DC wants to sell either. Unfortunately, that's his perogative. -
DC if there’s a offer on the table

Showing proof of funds isn't the same as making an offer though is it, going back to the original post I quoted. -

Why on earth would you make an offer for something if you weren't given the ability to do due diligence?- 94 replies

Are playoffs fare
Singing The Blues replied to Baggys battle bus's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Everyone knows the score at the start of the season. If you don't want to be near the bottom come the last 5 games...be better in the previous 41. If you don't want to be in the play-offs...be better and finish top 2. Teams like to blame others at this point in the season, pointing the finger at other managers for playing "weakened" teams etc, when they should be more worried about why they are where they are in the first after such a long season. I thought the same when Brighton finished miles ahead of us and will feel the same if we blow it, we should have done better. -

Seen him about 4 or 5 times this season so glad he's still enjoying his football when possible. -
How important are these things to you
Singing The Blues replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Answered "not very important to me" for most options so now after about 32 season tickets I'm wondering why I go! -
Mine says the same and allows me to take £25 off in checkout so assume is just £1 a point. Just need something worth buying now!
-
I think it's linked to the barcode and shop rather than your supporter ID, but you can make it available on your online shop account. This is how I added the £25 to my online account. Can't take credit for the info, someone provided it a while ago but hope it works for you.

Season tickets 21/22 - ANNOUNCED
Singing The Blues replied to SallyCinnamon's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Renewed mine and dad's and can't wait to get back to a Saturday out with him at the pub and footy. Mine was straight forward, dad had issue with password but was sorted within 5 minutes. Considering it's about £15 a game for me on the kop, POTD should be about £18, means season ticket holders get about 4 free games which feels about right...I'll not hold my breath though! -
