Right, sorted it.
Put your numbers in col AL, then highlight the entire range.
Go to Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula...
Add the following
=((ROW(AL3)+11)/14)=INT(((ROW(AL3)+11)/14))
then add your formatting options.
