  1. Seemed to be a lot of folk in the Directors box that for sure. It’s possible some Bidders/ potential Bidders were in the Exec Boxes as well. I sit in the North and couldn’t really make out any faces I knew and you can’t from these pics.
  2. And compared to the new stadiums others have developed it’s only about half the size of what would be needed. That’s the problem, very few sites in the city that wouldn’t need either a huge cut & fill because of the hills or buying up other peoples property.
  3. Unfortunately neither Watmore or Redmond have good injury records, certainly in the last few years. So I can understand why there maybe some hesitancy. The last thing we need is to sign a player that never gets fit for long enough to play more than a couple games given our current squad situation
  4. See the latest on the club website, as with other things the club are listening. Hopefully the pigs will put something on their website
  5. It’s a positive that the game comes after an international break, to give the lads a rest. It slightly levels things up a bit re squad size and energy levels. Provided of course none of our internationals get crocked. It would be a boost as well if Liam Cooper could be signed up ahead of the game. We need someone with his stature back there to marshal the others.
  6. I wonder if prospective buyer would attend this one. I doubt they will, but it would be interesting to see/ know. I know Kris has said a soft deadline has been set for the 21st but it seems a little optimistic (to me) that a preferred bidder will be known when that lot from S2 turn up.
  7. Duff bodychecked Svante in the first half as well, which could have been a red or at least a yellow.
  8. Simple, become a Member. Its a lot but unless you hadn’t notice we are in Administration
  9. Lazy Clickbait journalism End the thread now.
  10. But the overall Dunkirk spirit was there, not so this season
  11. That’s the spirit, nice send off for Shea, I’m sure he’ll be love to sign off here listening to protests and negativity, for a team that could be breathing down the neck of the playoff places by the end of the game. When will people realise that creating a negative atmosphere at the stadium doesn’t help the team or the club. If you are unhappy with DC this isn’t the way to do it. It only ends up with us feeling the downside by the team not succeeding. By all means if you feel it necessary to protest against the owner go ahead, but please can we find a way that doesn’t detrimentally impact on the hard work the coach and team are doing because they are doing a really good job and as DR says if we keep behind the team, who know what could happen. The alternative is to undermine the coach and the team.
  12. There’s a great clip of when Windass scores at Wembley from the Dingles end way up high in the stadium, worth seeking out on YouTube
  13. I think Pato wasn’t available for a few but certainly not 10. 3 of the top 4 absentees I reckon would be in most match day squads.
  14. They’ve a new manager, we’ve not done great in some of the recent against them. They are a big physical side and we are coming off the back of several games close together. So I’m a bit worried. Don’t get me wrong I think we could win but I see them as being a bit like Preston, who we’ve also struggled against. Anyway fingers crossed, it certainly be one we need to score first in, given the shithousery of Alex Neil sides.
