Exactly. He's young, just let him develop without the pressure. His early stats were good, but he's found his level now and doesn't look like he's ready for first team. He might become the next David Hirst, or he might not develop to a level we need. Either way lets not put any additional pressure on him, or give him ideas he hasn't earned.
