Had we needed to lose and others win with a 5 goal swing then that would be mathematically almost impossible to fail. As it stands even a draw with Pompey could leave us not getting in the playoffs.
-
Knowing us we will be undefeated away. but fail to win both home games.
-
If there were any there we were worried about they would have signed a new deal already.

What do you remember about this SWFC player

Lee Briscoe? -
Nobody is poaching these from us like with Shaw and Urhoghide. So the way I look at it is, if they were good enough and had shown enough then we would be giving them a new deal.

Wednesday v Cheltenham, called off ?

As good as he has been its in league One. Scotland have numerous midfielders to pick from playing in the Premier League. -
MSD keep bailing them out with loans.

Bannan
-
Am I imagining the fact that our new pitch was supposed to drain away the standing water.
-
We are creating chances and playing well which is good. Moore finally put centrebacks in at centre back and we kept four clean sheets in a row. We know what's going to happen when he finally picks actual strikers to play upfront. Rotherham are top for a reason. all about winning the next game now.

Yep, don't defend set pieces and our goalscorers are all injured. -
Reach would have proper bossed league one. Don't forget he got a championship club. A relegated from the Premier league one. And Johnson and NML are in league one with us.
-
Just goes to show how good Byers is on the ball that Bannan trusts him to dictate the play from deep. Because no one else has been able to do it. Hutchinson at the back helps alot in this aswell.

Special mention for Paterson and Palmer
pazowl55 replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Said all along that it will be the players that everyone don't really rate. (because they don't show the required amount of flair to be considered good.) that will get us out of this division. -
One 2 Eleven with Liam Palmer and Sam Hutchinson

It's more about players that have helped them and influenced their career, rather then the best ever players they have seen here. -
Burton Albion V Wednesday OMDT

On paper that midfield trio is probably our best. But they all like to occupy the same deep spaces. I ain't sure is going to work. -
It did have all the makings of him going in there and doing well. even said so at the time. just picked up what they knew before with Wilder basically. They will run out of steam though. Others are better.

They know they don't really have a case. Which is why i will be amazed if they agree to it. -

Wait. What. He will go and play in easy Scottish league with champions league football, once he is done in the difficult division that is League One. -
Quick mention for Palmer and Paterson

Both would easily get championship clubs if we were to release them on free transfers. But most would have you believe they are not good enough for us. -
Unfortunately as good a player as he is. He is just never fit. And when he does get injured its for weeks/months.
-
NML much more suited to the way this league is than Corbeanu. And considering we don't play with wingers it was the right call to let him leave.
