  1. Well quite a few have been asking for the nuclear option.
  2. I agree with what the trust are asking us to do here, total boycott. Although some will still attend I think it will be a success just like the requests that have gone before. However, I would like to see many of us still turn up, still use the pubs and food stands to mitigate losses local businesses will suffer. Then go to the park and give it the hiho from there at kick off time. What a spectacle that would be on TV. Empty ground with loud fans outside. Then encircle the ground for protest songs, flags banners and scarves. Some might say it's not feasible but if we all turn up it just happens, unfortunately with most protests you have to upset some. The gloves must come off.
  3. Brilliant. Thousands upon thousands staying away. Thousands upon thousands not spending a penny. Thousands of scarves on show. Support from the opposition. Support from MPs and ministers. Protest in the capital. Protest on the pitch. Game stopped. National news almost everyday. Pressure applied at every opportunity. All together to get this absolute horror out of our club. Keep it up. Proud of you all. Proud to be Wednesday.
  4. I can't see how this action gels with protecting the integrity of the competition. A big deduction now put us down definitely. Couple that with our current inability to pay the wages and the teams we field will put up no fight whatsoever. I'm not sure the teams we've taken points off so far will be too happy about that and neither should they be. Also, the EFL should treat our case differently to ones that have come before because we are in the unenviable position of having an owner that would like nothing better than for us to be relegated, to reduce costs and out of pure spite. It's obvious to everyone that that the IFR are are looking to remove him when they are up and running shortly and if that doesn't happen then administration looks ever more likely. This should be taken into account. Plainly we're dealing with a mad man here with nothing but I'll intentions. Common sense needs to prevail and all sanctions should be put upon that individual responsible and not the club. We've just had enough.
  5. That bulbous rosacea coming on a treat. The silly old swillbowl.
  6. That pic. When I watched the goal earlier from a link on here I genuinely thought he'd hi-fived a ball boy. Remember thinking, do we take our own ball boys. Soz Baz
  7. You know it's a good day when this thread fires up. Glorious.
  8. Hahaha piggy baaaaarrrrssssstttaaaarrrrdddssss
  9. Looking at my packed lunch at 10am.
  10. There's too many not sung now 'You're going home in a Yorkshire ambulance' Can't sing it nowadays, be quicker to limp home.
  11. I'd say for this game only we should encourage attendance for various reasons. It'll be very hard to stay away as it nears the day, that's just built into us. I took fear we could get a tonking but, you know what, it's Wednesday so we'll probably do a whole lot better than we fear. If we do lose bad, a full stadium of seriously peed off Wednesdayites might just be the nuclear option most are crying out for. Also I think this game, for most of us is more important than attending away games and for whatever reasons that group of fans seem to be teflon. It's just too tempting, even with the need to starve him out, this one game won't save him. So instead of having a half decent attendance, which it will be no matter the pleas, let's pack it to the rafters and sing 'i don't care about dejphon'.
  12. Anyway, about the new lad, I know nowt but grandson says he's a reyt player, says he'll make the other young uns play better because he's so good. He reckons we can avoid relegation now by 1 point. Bless him.
  13. I know, still worried though. It's very stressful thinking about it.
