  1. Nothing to stop him just refusing to play, Chansiri has initiated the breach of contract. Lowe is under no obligation, he simply can’t sign for another club for the next 14 days.
  2. Hopefully a rebuild a la Birmingham City. I.e. spend the next 12 months improving our infrastructure, and appeal the transfer embargo down to allow a rebuild of the squad next summer. Absolutely ******** league one with a championship strength team, and come up as one of the favourites and score back to back promotions - believe! Righth ho, I’ll just go and take my medication and slip back into my straight jacket…….
  3. I don’t expect Danny to be here at the start of next season. But I have been a supporter for about 40 years, and have no reservation in stating he is the best manager I have seen at the club in my time. i bare the man absolutely no ill will and completely understand his decision if he seeks to leave the club. If he’s here next season I will be grateful for his loyalty and will be 100% behind him
  4. Huddersfield can’t catch us so doesn’t matter what they do - can’t see Birmingham beating Norwich or Plymouth turning Hull over either. but 1 point or better off Sunderland will do it even if there are two freak results
  5. Needs a life ban - disgusting behaviour. I hope the club, police, stewards and anyone who knows him makes sure he’s identified and never let anywhere near a football ground again.
  6. No chance of wholesale changes to build a very capable Championship side now, given it’s likely to be ‘one out, one in’ and league one seems more likely than not next year. Possibly 1 new signing and loans. More wholesale changes come the summer when Danny knows which division he’s planning for and what the budget is (if there is one!). Unfortunately we’re left with a legacy of bad business last summer, both with the management changes and the poor signings made by Xisco…..
  7. No one will buy us this season - league one teams are much more affordable!
  8. Nope…..on hols in Cornwall (wife is a Barnsley supporter). We were celebs in the pub where we were watching the game . My celebrations when Windass scored were heard in the pub garden……I was sat at the front of the pub (two rooms away from the garden) poor performance but overjoyed to be back in the Championship
  9. And replace him with who? I’m not sure Pep or Jurgen will be interested Give your head a wobble…. Moore is a good manager who has improved the team and our performances. He’s the right man for the job and deserves at least another season (if not two) to get us back to the Championship.
  10. Sunderland and Wycombe loss would be the best result surely? Start tomorrow ahead of both of them with the opportunity to open up a 3 point gap. Irrelevant whether we get ahead of Plymouth, the only goal at the moment is to secure a spot in the playoffs (and then win them of course! )
  11. 100% Yes - modern ground with a decent size concourse with good facilities, great views of the (superb looking) pitch from everywhere - why wouldn’t you want a ground like that?
  12. Does it matter? The fact he isn’t hurrying to mske an appointment before the transfer widow ends says: 1. The man doesn’t give a feck or 2. The man hasn’t got a feck either way we’re fecked
  13. I think results of those around you becomes more interesting in the last few games of the season. The truth is safety is still in Wednesday’s hands.....
  14. We have an unbalanced squad, a lack of strategic management ( looking at 3, 5 or 10 year development plans) and cash flow problems (the players haven’t been paid properly/ethically). We have a poor policy around the recruitment/sales of players - I.e. overpaying for players who don’t fit the system the team manager wants to play, and failing to take substantial profits on players we have developed or who have been performing well. Our recruitment/retention of a management/coaching team has been an absolute car crash since 2017, which has impacted on stability within the players and club itself. We need to appoint a permanent and UK based CEO or similar. We also appear to have a continuing issue with player injuries, so the medical and physio team/setup could probably do with the once over. other than that we’re really good
