They should remove the games from the USA. (They won't like you say). The correct thing to do would be to hold it in Canada and Mexico only.

Season tickets are counted regardless of attendance or not. You won't see a huge reduction or swing in numbers as a result. Id argue there wasn't 22k in the ground.

I'll be honest I thought the booing was for the stewards, it started when the moved into position and then again when they got to the pitch invaders.
