They will all be sent to the billing address of the card holder who does the transaction.
Unless you login after you've bought them and change it to whatever you like.

Yeah, your hard drive isn't on that list.
The sr0 is just the whole CD, and the loop0 is also related to the CD, but mounted in a special way for running the OS straight from it.
I guess you've checked the hard drive is still properly inserted and connected up...?
