Yea i had to email them but they did reply within a couple of hours. Would seem it's a manual job to activate each membership -
I contacted the ticket office and they had to activate my membership

Is anyone else having this issue? I have a membership but when buying tickets for Plymouth and Leeds the £5 discount isn't being applied?

Was in the store on Sat and the woman serving told me they hadn't been sent out yet - i've tried to contact the ticket office but over an hour wait to get through.. -
