Having made 18 calls to the mega store today to purchase the new shirt, I am still waiting to get through. I even called the commercial team, who tried themselves to get through, (with no avail), they took my number for them to contact me, I am still waiting. I usually buy on line, but some how my details have been lost, with my SQL not having my records, (WTF is a SQL?). I try to update my details, again it doesnt let me complete my order. Its not only the team that frustrates us, its the mega store as well. How can we buy merchandise if we cant get through. Is anyone else having problems????? I have even got a crushed £20.00 note to spend.
