The team / players, overall do not have the "Skill" levels to compete in this league. Four games against a good selection of the quality in the Championship, we are slow, unable to play football on the floor for any length of time before the "Big Humf", rarely play through the channels with pace and at certain times in the Southampton game we never touched the ball for over 5 minutes on more than one occasion. It's going to be a painful season but what the Hell, WAWAW

We have in Xisco a manager who will do as good a job as any that were in the running. Following that embarrassment of a Press Conference, I just wanted someone to take the "Shovel" off DC. Xisco also has the unfortunate handicap of "English" as a second language but he can certainly handle it a great deal better than our chairman / president. Very difficult for DM, he was given the opportunity to prove himself as a football manager who could take himself and a team forward. Expectations from a percentage of our supporters is very high, our expectations as a club should be limitless but DM has no prior history of success, and I believe if we made back to the Championship, it is beyond him to bring us the success we believe to be attainable as a football club. He can make a living around League 1 and 2 and find his level there, sorry to say we need a better manager.

Can't wait to hear DM's post match comments, !!!!!
