I no longer understand anything . The club is now encouraging 3 year season tickets am I right in thinking the best price is by buying in Feb ? Whilst I can see why they want season ticket holders history would say Wednesday have never had a good record of fans buying these. In a era when more fans works weekends/evenings It makes such a commitment to buy more difficult. Pay per game is far too expensive as seen by a better brand of football/ players not reflected in better attendances this season the owners are so out of touch and in danger of losing floating fans forever and for those saying we don't need such support with 20,000 empty seats every week oh yes the club does. I will go away when I can get a ticket at a reasonable price ( not often enough ) but I'm not going to put money into a rich owners pocket who has become a "Wednesday fan " just to boost his own ego and is totally clueless about what being a Sheffield Wednesday fan is really about . I went for 35 year and it's never been about being successful ( God knows if it had been I would have packed in years ago ) . It was about a pride in the club and identity a togetherness in years of crap, with the few treasured memories . If the dream now is Premier League just trying to survive season after season, playing weak teams in the cups, playing games at all times under the sun -and ridiculous gate prices - you can stuff it
