It was short sighted of Wednesday to let Catterick go…and typical of Taylor. Taylor would have swayed the boards decision anyway, but Catterick could easily have had a phone call from Everton telling him the job was his. We (the club) have always been a plaything to Chancer. He doesn’t much care what division we’re in, we’ve been in League 1 before and the success of getting promoted made him money. The comeback in the play offs made him money, the great escape with Danny Röhl made him money. This season will be very different. Keep hitting him in the pocket and maybe he’ll get the message.
