  1. 1) Drew Talbot rounding the goalkeeper in the play-off final at Cardiff, I was 10 and I knew at that moment that I was going to be watching Wednesday not play in league one for the first time since I'd been following them. 2) Tudgay's screamer at Bramall Lane, was the first time I'd been to an away derby game and what a strike, I think I ended up about 5 rows in front of where I started. 3) Kieran Lee's goal against Brighton in the play-off semi, my favourite ever Wednesday player scoring such an important goal and the atmosphere was just incredible.
  2. Complete straw man. Obviously when referring to the "morons" we don't mean the terminally ill people seeing their last games, to think we do mean this is just intellectual dishonesty. As for the other points; I couldn't give a fizz about divorced parents, be creative, find something else to do with your kids ffs. Fans who lives miles away, also couldn't give a fizz, stop being selfish, go next time or risk not having a Hillsborough / SWFC to come to, No one is coming to Hillsborough for their mental health this season, unless their plan is to make it far worse, I suggest organising a trip to a pub or something with the people you usually see at the games or something, maybe go to a local non-league club for a game or something.
  3. I think the fact is that any football fan with a decent bone in their body would feel bad for us, I know even if this hadn't happened to us I would voice support for any club in this situation. I can't stand the pigs, I hope they get relegated 10 times in a row to play in the Meadowhall Premier League or whatever, but only if it was because they were poo at football, if it was because of a shitty owner I wouldn't want that for even them twats.
  4. Something like what the Led By Donkeys guys do, they do some great projection protest stuff.
  5. That's what Lamine Yamal was doing at his birthday party, scouting for Barca.
  6. See your point, but then it becomes a monument to his incompetence with his name plastered all over it in huge letters, quite fitting really.
  7. Aggressive Listen, you can spend your money however you want, there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m just saying if you’re buying it thinking it’ll turn into wages for the shop’s staff then I’ve got a bridge to sell you.
  8. Spot on, exactly what I was trying to say but worded way more elegantly.
  9. How are you not getting it yet? When it comes to our fanbase we've been nothing but extremely loyal and bought tens of thousands of season tickets and shirts (despite the eye-watering prices) during Chansiri's whole tenure. Even with all that money he still can't pay wages, owed transfer fees or tax bills. It doesn't matter whether we sell 20,000 shirts or 20. It's Chansiri and no one should trust that ******** with anything, he's proved it time and time again.
  10. Completely forgot he's still only 21, will turn out to be some player. Hope we've got a decent sell on but honestly not holding my breath.
  11. If we got -20 with this group of players and no Röhl, we'd be lucky to break 0 points, not even exaggerating.
  12. Don't begrudge him leaving it all, not even bothered by the way he's done it, putting himself firmly in the shop window. It's not disrespectful at all, its exactly what I'd do in that situation, and being Wednesday manager is my dream job. Loyalty is for dogs, if I'm not getting what I need to succeed, I'm leaving. Thanks for everything Danny and good luck.
  13. I don't think anyone should boycott because no doubt the sycophants will turn up and blow smoke up his arse anyway. Everyone else should stand up and give the same statement, one after another; "Please leave our club" No arguing, no elaborating, just that statement over and over again from every person in the room, and then all get up and leave.
  14. God, I thought we were gonna have a special season after that Plymouth game, just turns out they were shiteeee. (Also, I don't know if you're the creator of this but 1 hour 29 minutes? I appreciate the effort that must've gone into this, I really do, but this didn't need to be more than 20 minutes.)
  15. Don't care that he's not our player, it's Shea Charles by a mile, I honestly think without him we'd be much further down the table, maybe even in a relegation battle.
  16. I also think realistically it's probably over already, however we do still still have a lot of the teams between us and 6th to play (Watford, Middlesbrough, Norwich & Blackburn) so if something were to suddenly click, that would be something in our favour.
  17. The honesty is such a breath of fresh air, many players would just dodge the question and say "I'd love to stay here forever" When in reality players of his age and quality should be choosing what's best for them financially, it's not like he's got anything to prove to anyone career-wise.
  18. That's true, I'm just automatically catastrophising in classic Wednesday fashion.
  19. Thanks to you (and others) for the responses, this is kind of what I was hoping people wouldn't say though
  20. I don't really know anything about torn ACLs so maybe someone with better knowledge can tell me, but surely he wouldn't have been able to get up if it was, surely he would've been stretchered or helped off right away?
  21. It's nice to vote for the Wednesday player and actually think his goal was the best for once.
  22. Whitecaps fans taking the news well.
  23. The only reason we are where we are is because of Shea Charles, he's that good. When he goes back, I think we will drop like a stone. Luckily, we've accrued enough points, so we'll not be in danger of relegation. I hope I'm wrong but he really is the engine of our team.
  24. Sorry but who is that for Rotherham? It's not the ******** Wilks that was here.
