Has any club ever had 6 or more embargoes at the same time? It must be a new record.

The EFL is a membership organisation. It can only enforce the rules that the members decide on. As the members are the clubs which be default means the owners it's unlikely that they're going to make owning clubs more difficult. This is one of the reasons an independent regulator is being put in place by the government.

Meadowhall staff car park would be an ideal spot for a stadium site if they'd sell. Next to the M1, Train station and tram network within walking distance, not in the middle of a residential area which causes problems for people (I know the stadium and club were there first!). Other side of the viaduct there could be potential for car parking.

I doubt any pub owner / manager would be stupid enough to show an illegal stream of the match. They'd need to sell plenty of beer to pay the £20k+ fine.
