Barcelona / Spain of the 90's changed football. Tika-Taka football is now adopted & emulated by every top coach as "the only way to play" It sends me insane when you get teams like Man City / Arsenal / Scousers would all rather play 25 passes on opponents 18yd box rather than have a shot when one is available to take. Then the ex players take this approach to their coaching, and so the rot sets in. Hoof-ball absolutely not the way either, but at least there was an end product. I don't even watch international football anymore - horrendous !

At that point it was obvious, cash was drying up, and that lure of taking us to the promised land would entice enough to part with thousands of pounds. I smelt a rat then, and it's not got any better since. As has been alluded to before, a complete televised game boycott would send shockwaves to him, the EFL and other top brass around the world. This coupled with not buying the early bird ST's would be a mega statement of intent. The derby would be a great advert, but do the players really deserve that ?? Regarding any potential buyers, they know and will be sympathetic to the situation the fans are in, and that will not detract them from trying to buy the club in any way, shape or form. Once Daft-******** is out on his ear, the fans will unite again, and hopefully make Hillsboro like it was vs Brighton is play-off semi every game.

Chelski have been using the "long contract" to spread the purchase cost / wages out to attempt to stay within the rules of FFP / P&S for a long time. IMO, player prices & salaries won't come down whilever the global attraction for football is there - it will only get worse (as we are seeing with the attraction of the Saudi Pro League)
