Facial recognition - Trust
19owl08 replied to General_Grievous's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Some tool on the other site is siding with the clubs response about the Trust. The trust may not be 100% right in everything they do, and they can’t make everyone happy, but f@ck me. How the club have he cheek to say anything anyone is doing is unconstructive & not best serving of the supporters or staff is beggars belief. Failing to sell at a reasonable price, failing to pay staff, failing to have a plan, selling your best assets to put out youth players & get relegated is all unconstructive & not best serving of supporters or staff. Glass houses and all that. -
Certainly not having a go & I enjoyed watching. But I can see how a lot of people are going to view that & instantly think Si is the new Symon. It’s a fair point regarding his face not being used & the fact he’s given a few clues that the club could use to easily identify who he is, he’s got to be given credit for risking his reputation/work with the club. Fwiw I don’t think it will hurt your channel regardless. WTID had Symon on numerous times & it’s not hurt them. I was a fan of Symon at the start & defended him when people said he knew nothing (I’d seen the way he took on DC at the fans forum & he clearly did have info). I still think he knows some stuff but the way he goes on as though only he can be itk doesn’t sit right.

@punkyhorrors if Si is so sure the deal is done within 2 weeks why are you planning another video for in 4/6 weeks? Also he said he’s not doing it for popularity but releasing a second and then third video goes against that which is only going to cause doubts amongst fans

I wonder if @SWFC Trust are trying to get investors who are willing to risk buying the debt against the stadium in hope they can force it from him

This could potentially be the ONE decision Debtphon Cuntsiri has gotten right -
Big opportunity for the Trust - BOYCOTT LEEDS

@SWFC Trust my suggestion would be to back a boycott of the game but liaise with authorities about having a screen showing the game in the park. You could charge a fiver a ticket to cover some of the cost. Even a few thousand watching & cheering could cause enough noise for the players to feel supported. -
I do wonder what has taken him so long but still better than others like Dalton Smith or the Sherlocks who I don’t think have posted anything at all
-
I thought old Paxo would have more than 60 players on his books… must just be the ones who are out of contract or available for free
-
Dare I say it… Symon has replied to someone saying this rumour “has legs”
-
Tillman no longer the front runner? Or is this linked?
-
Btw, the Chansiri meal definitely wasn’t in London. Att has been posting pictures of Paris so unless the Eiffel Tower has been moved to Mayfair… they were not here
-
I more meant, I think he may have been one of the people who knew it was a proposal from a broker and not an offer from the Broncos.
-
Couple of posters on OO are saying Fertitta is actually interested and looking. One of the posters doesn’t seem to get much right but not sure if the other was well linked with the Broncos rumour

Document Signed With Bidder - Staton

Nixon was quite close to @FootballTyper & seemed to have a good friendship with him. Since Matt has stopped using Twitter, maybe he is feeding info to Nixon now (as it seemed Nixon rarely had anything about us before). Can only hope this is the case because Matt was always spot on with his info -

Symon is also pushing that the person closest to making a deal is not a name anyone has mentioned. So that with the Bizzles info appears to be accurate. Love or loathe him Symon does, amongst his cryptic crave for attention messages, appear to get a lot of stuff right. -

He also clarified it was the Head of Terms agreement that had been signed by at least one party. That could include the £5m advance. I suppose however that either side could still pull out after that if Debtphon starts messing around like he had in the past -

This would also tie in with something Symon said that seemed to go under the radar shortly after suggesting Gassama was staying due to a takeover agreement -
That’s also what Symon alluded to, he had to explain that before they were bought out we were the bigger team

Big Lisa is an upgrade on Chansiri

As annoying as Symon can be, he does know a lot about the Florida consortium & clearly has Shaw’s ear (this was evident at the fans forum in Jan). In the podcast the other night he mentioned some of the consortium are Man City fans which got me thinking what big names from America support them & I came across this list. I’m sure there was talk of one member being a movie star (someone joked it could be the Rock) and on the list is Kevin Hart (a good friend of the stock). He alone is worth $450m. The American footballer is probably more likely (at a net worth of around $200m). I know there’s concern about Shaw but to me it seems more like the consortium was his idea & that he’s not a main player in terms of the share/financing. From Symons podcast appearances it sounds like there’s at least 4 or 5 additional people we don’t know of yet. The wealth could quite easily be there if they are still interested & I think I’d prefer a consortium than a Chansiri or Ashley sole owner.

Honestly?
-
If their interest ended, was that because the proposal wasn’t accepted or did they begin due diligence & then walk away? The proposal wasn’t accepted Chansiri forum are suggesting Chansiri refused the proposal via the broker because he only wanted to deal directly with a buyer

The way I read it was that they must have around or over that figure. He then went on about you can only lose £13m a year anyway so who knows
