  1. I think you and all fans need to ask yourself whether you enjoy going to matches. It can't be easy watching us get stuffed every week. You have seen the direction we are going in as a club. It is not going to get better, it is going to get worse. Imagine watching us play our U21's and getting thrashed against Stockport County, Swindon, Grimsby each and every week. You would actually enjoy that? If you don't enjoy, then why go? Surely there is a Costa, Starbucks, a pub you can meet your friends in? I joined the early boycott and refused to get a season ticket this year. I was told this was coming. It has been hard as hell not going, it has been hard for my 6 year old who just started going to matches. But I do it because I want Wednesday to be successful and they won't ever be successful while Chansiri is in charge.
  2. Looks like it is going well I heard their opinion' - Postecoglou undaunted as fans turn Ange Postecoglou remained defiant as Nottingham Forest fans called for him to be sacked after barely three weeks in charge. Full article https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cd72wenj4vdo
  3. Amazing day. Went on the train and got a police escort from the station. ******** took forever walking us there and we nearly missed kick off. Kept singing "We're going to send you down" to the Leicester fans. When Clarke scored I ended up two rows forward from where I was. Didn't Leicester have to beat Stoke on the last day then to stay up but only drew 0-0. At a guess wasn't it the year Dublin retired and we played Norwich last game?
  4. I don't see the point of anyone going to the games, especially home games. "Hey Dad, looking forward to today's game, what do you reckon we will do today?" "I don't know, maybe lose 3-0" "I was thinking 4-0" "It would be a good result if we limited it to 2-0 and managed to get a shot on target but still think it might be 3. If it is 3-0 at Half Time, at least we get to go home early" "Hey Dad, shall we just save ourselves the pain of it all and go and do something productive with our lives" "Good idea, son"
  5. For me, fans who go, lose all rights to complain about the product on the pitch. They can go all they want but then they cannot complain at the fact they are watching a team getting beat every week due to the incompetence of the Chairman and they cannot complain when the future of the club is getting beat every week by the likes of Grimsby, Salford, Crewe etc and the club languishing in League Two.
  6. What did you expect? Would it not be better to make a statement and not go all together? Why not just enjoy afternoon in the pub?
  7. I don't think all this is on the manager, there seems to be real troubles behind the scenes.
  8. Shameful he wouldn't even watch the penalties
  9. I would say zero, zilch, nada, cero, null.....
  10. Wait a minute here!! So clubs tried to come in for Röhl, he tried to play hard ball and say "No you can't have Röhl for less than £10 million, as that is what is in his contract". He could have negotiated that down to say £2-4 million and let Röhl go between January and March, which would have allowed more time to plan for this season? Instead, he hangs on and hangs on until two weeks before the season, which wee wees everyone off and instead of getting much needed funds, he has to pay out £250K? Is this really what happened? What a ******** muppet he is!!
  11. I'm not trying to blame the EFL. I am just asking whether they will be looking at it all. There must be serious doubt we can fulfil our fixtures for the entire season. If there is, then can they kick us out?
  12. I've been thinking (I know it's dangerous). if I was the EFL, I would be sending auditors round to the club two months ago, never mind now. I would want cashflow forecasts, forecasts of income and expenditure, a business plan. I would want guarantees that we could fulfill the fixtures for the full season. The absolute last thing the EFL would want is for us to turn round in November or March and say we can't afford to play our fixtures, that would cause all kind of headaches about the integrity of the league. So will the EFL be there now pouring over documents or have they seriously got their heads in the sand about it all?
  13. I got criticised by a member of my own family when I protested. I know some got spat and sworn at. It is probably too late now.
  14. He was NEVER going to sell for two reasons:- 1) His valuation is just not realistic. The club needs LOTS of money spending on it in it's current state. We have a stand that is out of action, that reduces income, which makes the club valuation less. The season ticket money has been spent this means the club would get reduced income etc and need to find the money to spend on wages next year. 2) His ego would not allow it. Chansiri cannot afford to see anyone else be successful at the club. He is a full on Narcissist. He could not face anyone taking us to the Premier League as he would have to face up to the fact that he was an incompetent buffoon, which he cannot do. Where it leaves us, I don't know. but I am not giving him another penny of my money until he is gone. We all need to prepare for the worst and anything else is a bonus.
