Spitting at anyone is disgusting and disgraceful, no matter what opinion you have, as is abusing someone because they have a different view to yours.

People can choose to protest or not protest. That is their right, its called democracy.

Sadly if you have a different opinion and do not support the protests, you are just putting your head above the parapet to be shot down. Go ahead and protest all you like if you think that will get you the result you want, but respect other people choosing not to protest.

Poveda was an exciting player but he did not score and I cannot remember any assists.

I think the high press is physically draining some players, thank goodness for the international break

I would have preferred Palmer coming on for Bannan. In the second half Vaulks was having to do the work of two men. He was immense last night.

I just remember his post match interviews where he never said anything. Freezing out players is an indication of poor man management.

Cycled to Herenveen after his transfer to thank him for his time at SWFC. Wife was not impressed. The club were fantastic and made a real fuss of us as I had the Wednesday shirt on. They showed us around the ground and took our photo for their programme. They invited us to travel with them to the next game away, the following night. We did not meet up with Simon but the feeling they had for the player was immense.
