As soon as I hear The Positive Blade or Mogadon Mick the Owl I switch off and try to drown the cat. Mick was called out for calling the pitch invaders idiots. There are two excellent contributors from us and Blunts not sure of their names as I write, also the Irish Owls fan, all three talk a helluva lot of sense. Oh for the days of Brian the Blunt, Ahmed the Owl Taxi driver and Mary the soft spoken Owl . At least the complete idiot from Pitsmoor is no longer on . He's now a major influencer on X . Oh, and special mention for Brian the Miller.

About 12000 Owls at game making more noise than when we were getting twice as many. Big problem for me is that some of these protesters may now get a criminal record.

If you pay on the day, please stay away tomorrow

Shame we can't exclude the ST holders who don't attend but are shown in the attendance figure. Would be better to see the 14/15000 actually there than 19000. That would really send a message. I'm an ST holder who didn't go and is not happy I was included in the crowd figure. -
Think we might have uncovered another gem. Didn't go but the attendance reminded me of the mid 70's. Just think we went to the home games in front of this kind of crowd and less in a 55000 stadium and made more noise on the Kop than today.

I get the feeling that the more we reel against him, the more entrenched he will get, "Let's see them try and get rid of me, no way" The EFL if they try to get him to sell, and for less than he wants, will be a big mistake. It won't happen. No businessman is going to give up his prized asset for a "pittance". If they try it is going to go down the road to litigation which could last for years. My other worry, and it is only rumours, that there is something behind the scenes that could put our club into jeopardy. I came on years ago when he was setting up the spurious strange companies and was told he knows what he's doing and to f*** off. Ah well at least we're above the Blunts and didn't think that would happen this season.

Well done, new owners and manager, hope it goes well. For such a small club they put some of our fans efforts to shame. Hope it works out, now us next. Large piece on BBC News earlier.

Textor interest CONFIRMED but…
Buckwheat replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
At least he's saying the right things. -
Great. Fans on their probably went on so they didn't have too look at the Dear Leaders name, festooned right across the stand. Now they will be put in other parts of the ground and have to look at it for at least 90 minutes.

Too many people on here don't like honest opinions. Just like ostriches. -

SWFC North Stand fate to be decided on Friday

Just that Blunts keep going on that it was paid for by the FA for the World Cup in 1966. -
SWFC North Stand fate to be decided on Friday
Buckwheat replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Just need a definitive answer. Who paid for the stand when it was built. Heard about 5 different answers. -
Danny Röhl is returning to SWFC
Buckwheat replied to andypandy's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
No thanks, most of us know the reasons why he's back. -
Takeover to be completed in next couple of months
Buckwheat replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Main reason is they've been fed garbage and spurious rumours for too long. I'll bet Chansiri will be here well into the new season and beyond. -
Danny Röhl - will he or won’t he

Are you for real? -
Danny Röhl - will he or won’t he
Buckwheat replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Come on, we were always going to be a stepping stone for him. Could have said "I'm staying whatever happens" but has spent the last 6/7 months touting himself around. -
Just read this:- “Lyon were provisionally relegated from Ligue 1 last November amid debts of £422 million, and the former French champions may still suffer that fate despite selling a number of players in the winter transfer window”. This since Textor became owner, Plus from Palace fans who are ecstatic he's left the club :- "Crystal Palace fans who have been holding their breath since the cup final victory last month could be heard emitting a massive sigh of relief today. Or two sighs of relief: for director John Textor appears to have finally exited the club." Lets not get fooled again.

Thing is he's lost a lot of street cred at S6. Personally hope he moves on. -
