I think the same. The top teams play to the same template. Zero flair or desire to take people on. Just pass it around and be patient. Then when something good happens VAR intervenes and spoils it. When there was talk of the Super league I wish this would have happened and get rid of the 'big' teams. I suppose it wouldn't have taken long before there would be a new set of big teams but at least this would have taken a while with an initial level playing field. Right now what is the point in getting to the Prem from an SWFC standpoint. We will go down and the best we could ever hope for maybe around 8th position after years and years of building. Its not fun losing every week. I have a mate at work who supports Stoke. Much prefers the unpredictability of the Championship to their prem years which became the same. They knew who they would lose to and knew who they could get points off. Another issue is parachute payments now shutting out teams in the Championship as the relegated teams have a significant head start. So does this domino for League one the place to be for proper football and a bit more of a level playing field? The lower down you get the better the actual football as a game is albeit low on quality. Players take players on, no VAR, unpredictable, terrible refs for talking points, playoffs etc. I go and watch non league every now and again and the games are brilliant with hard tackles and players trying skill etc. Beer in a stand with no seats and only costs £10 to get in.

Just enjoy it whilst were there. Brilliant to tell people were top of the league even if its tongue in cheek. I genuinely think we are top 6 contenders. Think we played really well against Plymouth and our second strong against Hull are clearly on the same page. We play together and the fans will help us as well. Watching the Plymouth game I think this is the best I have seen us play post 2000. They had no idea what to do with the pace and the passing in their third it was relentless and the score should have been higher. If we can keep this up with the second 11 waiting and knowing their jobs when injuries arise we will be top 6. Sunderland will be a very good test as they are a much better opponent than Plymouth, who will struggle under Rooney, to see how good we actually are.

Stevie May. We sold Antonio and he was the replacement in a way. Antonio was everyones favourite and was always more than likely going onto better things but the signing that covered this up didnt fill me with much hope. Fans were so happy when he signed and I think I was just bitter we lost Antonio. Gary Hooper on the other hand I was 1000% wrong. Thought he was looking for high wages and was a lazy footballer. I actually now think he is the classiest striker we have had since 2000 - possibly longer. He had so much quality.

That isnt how supply/demand and business works though. I had a membership around 10 years ago and made money it with discount in shop and money off tickets. Plus having the benefit of a priority which worked for me. These 'perks' cost money and the club have a right to try and sell this to make some additional revenue. If the game is more important I expect to pay slightly more and I have no problem doing so as its more interesting than your average match. The club again have a right to benefit from this (which should all go back into the team). If we get to a quarter final I am happy to pay £30 for example over the usual £25 as its important and we would have a full house. I love the club but dont expect everything at one price. For nothing games I expect to pay less and for more important games a bit more. Just my opinion on it. Imagine having one flat rate and we have a dead rubber end of season - it would deter people. However if its cheaper than your average match there would be a section willing to turn up.

I voted no for a few reasons. The current way we do it is shocking but done more simply could work well. As fans we have a right not to overpay but as a business SWFC have a right to make a bit more money on top for bigger or more important games (Not using the current pricing). For example 3 categories - A/B/C - most games set at price rate B. Early Cup games should be CAT C. Should we get further in the cup we can rise up the categories as demand increases which I think most fans would expect as the ground gets fuller. My sort of pricing would roughly be A- £30 B-£25 C-£20 (full paying adults) Come end of season the category can change dependent on the importance. If its a nothing end of season game then Cat C for the last couple of matches - if were fighting for something then Cat A. Majority of first 36 league games will be Cat B for simplicity. Concessions and children should still be far more cost effective. Children under 11 flat rate £1 a game. Concessions 50% off the above (or more). I also think the membership works for some fans. I like the early bird phase on ST as it will give an indication of income and what we can spend. But it should be one extended early bird - Jan- March then just normal prices. So i do think categories, phases and memberships can work for both the club and the fans. However, our chairman has made it all so complicated I can understand why fans are completely switched off to it.

The Southern clubs also have larger areas to get their talent from as that is pretty much it along South Coast for the 'bigger clubs' There are far more bigger clubs up North fighting for talent. Players may prefer playing down South too. There were a lot of stories about players picking London clubs over Northern clubs. Im not saying these two reasons are the only reasons as Brighton is extremely well run (annoyingly) but would probably have a factor in later development or convincing players to join. Have thought our corners have been terrible for ages. During play BB can pinpoint a pass but on set pieces his kicking seems really weak. Love BB think hes great but corners are shocking - he cannot seem to get the height. Then when he went off the other game Vaulks (I think) was on them and he was worse. I actually thought the two/ three near post corners from Vaulks was a ploy to get Plymouth to commit to that corner freeing up space for a corner later on but that seems so farfetched. Need to keep it simple in my opinion - all defenders around 8 yards out and stick it in the middle. After we master the simple ones lets go for the complicated ones. Change corner taker - someone on here mentioned Johnson which could be a good idea but not seen him.

I understand what you are saying. We have been fighting for the last 20+ odd games and the mentality is fight for everything. This has given us an advantage over the likes of Stoke, Millwall etc as they have been falling into it over the last few games and mentally would be low on confidence. We have had to build a siege mentality and fighting spirit for a long time something we will have until we are secure.

Really like Ugbo and Poveda. Unfortunately we have put them in the shop window. We have no chance of signing Ugbo without a fee which is really frustrating. Ugbo will probably end up at a top six chasing side for a decent fee. For me Poveda has the ability to play for a promotion/ top six chasing team and I think his contract expires end of this season? We have a chance as he wouldn't need to move home and we could possibly offer a decent wage and if Röhl stays he may see the light that we can turn this around and become a competitive team next year if we stay up. Wish we could get both as they are fantastic and exciting to watch but we wont pay a fee for anyone so we need to enjoy Ugbo while we can. Make Poveda a priority on a decent contract.

exactly this. Im not bothered currently about style as I just want to win. But during Moore's reign I wanted to be entertained even though we won majority I found it dull.

Strange time for a statement and to be honest its worrying if it is true. Looks as though unless we get a new owner its curtains for us as a club. Football in lower leagues is unsustainable with wages. If the core 20K paid £20 we would be a lower -mid league one team. Fans wouldn't be happy with this. I feel indifferent on the statement but is is as a whole so unprofessional and egotistical. I don't like that fans contact his family - get a life its disgusting. If it were my personal wealth declining constantly I would also pull out of more financial injection and look to sell. As a club without him (or a new owner) we are unsustainable in the current model as the fans do not contribute enough money to the model. Not blaming the fans just talking about financially. I think our fans are amazing but if we lower prices and try to cut our cloth accordingly (unless we have a lucky season or some good youth prospects come though) we would be a lot lower.

Why not give him a go. The fans would 'allow' mistakes as he is new and young to the set up and were all desparate for someone form the academy to succeed. Start him - if he gets a goal or creates some chances this would do the world of good for his personal confidence. If he scores it ups his value significantly and hopefully we can finally sell a decent prospect for serious money.

Writing has been on the wall since pre season. The players did nothing to convince me in the interviews they liked his style and were enjoying training. It was all just lip service. They kept saying it will take getting used to etc Munoz is finished and although he has been dealt a poor hand by DC, he has also made several mistakes himself. 1) bottling his preferred style 2) not keeping the bulk of promotion squad together and making odd tactical decisions in desperation 3) hes made it clear that he doesn't want Marvin Johnson - why - that was his managerial decision to freeze him out and make a scapegoat. The player could be useful to us. Did this ruin squad atmosphere/ cohesion? 4) the signings - loan signings look decent but we didnt improve our squad at all. If it is to be believed that Munoz does have a part to play in signings (possibly not) then he should not be trusted with any budget. This will not improve under him and a win against Boro will not change that. The squad are not buying into what he is doing and there has been little improvement since he has taken over. Pre Season rubbish and this season rubbish. On the other hand - who would want to work under DC? He did mess this up with late signings etc and clearly employed the wrong candidate because he got Watford promoted with a fantastic team. How naive can you be to not see this. Both need to go. As a fan I've already switched off this season - we will go down without a whimper. How miserable is that only a few games in.
