Had to nip out just before half time, so paused it, then started to watch it again half hour later. It jumped straight to the live position when I started to playback! Then, just after we’d gone 2-1 up, we lose the picture completely. Try to go back and seemingly the game’s finished in real time and we’ve lost the rest of the match, with no way of getting it back, as our game’s no longer showing as an option! And that’s ignoring the loss of picture twice in the first half, the blurring of the pitch etc etc. How is this an improvement on even their poor red button service? At least with that you has the option to record it.

Suspect it was probably the 4 year contract that swung it…? Doubt we’d offer that after his injury spell with us and the questions against his longer term fitness..Can’t blame a player for wanting that extra security. That said, and I know a lot will disagree, but he was really just a ‘poor man’s’ Forestieri imo, with little end product, so I’m not overly fussed...

As a ten year old kid, those Arsenal replays - the trips down the motorway, through the snow and the fog, in a convoy of Owls cars, vans, minibuses and coaches is probably my greatest memory growing up as a Wednesdayite. Truly magical and such a shame kids will never get to experience such nights again. Game is being ruined by the powers that be.

Not sure he really got a fair crack of the whip this season, coming back from a serious injury, was bound to take him some time to adjust to the new level. Think the sending off probably did for him though.

Suspected that was probably the case with Bernard after DR’s candid comments in the pre match recently…
