Even in his prime, Ugbo is never going to score that 4th Huddersfield goal in our promotion season. When he arrived as our player, Rhodes had completely lost that ability.

Maybe go back to playing to his strengths would help? Wide players on both sides providing one-touch finish chances are what he had when he first arrived and kept us up. Once we stopped doing that in his 2nd season, he was basically ineffectual . If we don't at least try and play like we did in his 1st season we might as well move him on. At a substantial loss of course.
