I mean this in a very complementary way. Hes a solid 6.5/7 every game. He does all the basics of a what you want a footballer to do on and iff the field. now a days, with all the money and social media, its so easy for players to go off the rails. hes a legend. End off.

Im purely going on what HP has achieved so far and what DR has. Ok this is his first proper 1st manager job but DR has been second in command for the german national side, Bayern munic, and Southampton. He is so highly rated and he backed that up by keeping us up. if i was a betting man, i would say that DR will become a better manager than HP.

Hes a player. You can tell BB rates him too. Hes always going up to him. he will play at minimum championship level.

Unfortunately we wont win many this season. Lack of squad depth, lack of championship quality, lack of pre season… but what we do have is a committed team.
