  1. Great idea blame the EFL for circumstances out of their control and Jurisdiction, they have so far been unduly lenient given the actions of Chansiri. Their punishment so far have given Chansiri the opportunity to divest himself from the club and give the potential new owners wiggle room. Quite frankly seeing as Chansiri doesn’t have the funds to see the season out or is not willing to release the funds they should be really looking at expulsion at the end of the season , that would be a quicker resolution to the situation than the long drawn out process of getting rid of him against his will.
  2. One of the few decent memories of my dad , taking me to the speedway. He’s still alive but we’re no longer talking
  3. THE only way we beat that number is the club is sold quickly and the new owner gets high quality players in the January transfer window. In other things not happening in this lifetime is my 3some with Cote de Pablo and Jennifer Aniston
  4. It was when I lived there NG2 postcode
  5. Thanks don't drink in the Tap as I've stopped going , however I've just ordered from the link you've provided
  6. Thanks for the correct information, in light of the above I may join the foundation as it’s clear the money isn’t going into Chancers pockets
  7. Entire 83/84 season unlucky not to win the league and make the semi finals in both cups
  8. Had a few footballers as clients when I worked at a well known bank. my usual advice was if it looks to good to be true it is Diversified portfolio is always the best way to invest maximise pension get a good Lawyer and tax advisor As usual a few listen , some don’t and others never bothered to get advice at all.
  9. Also had Terry Butcher with us briefly , played a few reserve games from memory.
  10. No the fine is fair there is a cutoff doesn’t matter if it’s 2 mins , 2 hours ,or 2days late. it would have been unfair to kick them out of the competition
  11. somewhere in the region of £18 million if 40k per week wages reported are correct is my best guestimate
  12. 30 years ago it was £1 per week on an accy it’s now £5 per week on a 3 match accy about 50% come in or my cash back as 2/3 come in but at lower odds. over the last 30 years I’m probably down say £4k maximum at £2.50 per week as an average. I honestly don’t know how much I’ve won over the years on the bets. Always been a mugs game and known that Man Utd losing at home to York cost me a 15 match accy in the 90s , the only time I’ve come close to a big win.
  13. Fruit and nut version
  14. and @malek as chief youth team scout , hes called a lot of decent players over the years
  15. We should not have been relegated in 99/00 if Wilson had a backbone and fought for Carbone and the club had not wasted money on one of De Bilde or Sibon when we desperately needed another central midfielder to support Jonk.
  16. With the caveat in the squad squad rather than 1st team i agree along with Fletcher , Hooper , Lee and FF (from the first season)
  17. Agree We saw that with Pudil as well , tailed off rapidly at the end of the loan season when playing as a wingback. i was very surprised we signed him in a permanent deal , great professional though.
  18. Agree although preferred the late 90s version more.
  19. Enjoy your visit , don’t spend in the ground. Enjoy the 3 points on offer

  21. HMS ******** the 8th tier setting sail soon
  22. Or Bailey can just say NO. Lets be honest IF they wanted to disrupt Chansiri and help get rid of him that’s the easiest way to do it. Window opens in 4 months
  23. Asked my teenage son that question , he said yes he could as long as they were not consecutive minutes. effin smart arse
  24. Went to the pie shop in Lincoln which was supposedly excellent, less than impressed when that’s how my Pie turned up , I can make them like that myself without paying a small fortune. The hard part to get right is the crust that’s what you pay the money for. Hiw I miss my nans meat and potato pie with Hendos. back to the game hope the lads do us proud again today , and a 1-1 draw.
  25. Should be finding out after 4pm if wages are being paid via BACs if anybody has a Monzo account and wages are due tomorrow. they usually are in the account by then , certainly with the wife’s wages from the NHS
