There may be other income but once in div 1 they all reduce dramatically. I agree it could be sustainable with a robust plan and with a different owner. But we have no thought out plan and an owner who will drive away so many fans your 10000 is very optimistic. Remember DC doesn't know how to wheel and deal, essential for loe budget div1 & 2 clubs. Plus he knows nothing about how to deal in corporate or merch.

Hmm I haven't a clue if the figures you quote are accurate or not. There are loads of other costs missing though such as taxes, HMRC, ground maintenance (the bits club is responsible for), utilities, policing etc. Not forgetting non playing staff, admin, coaches wages. The list is almost endless.

It does get a little confusing but if, for instance, the lender won't roll it on for another year and DC cannot pay or refinance the amount what happens? Presume the lender forces a sale to get the loan value and costs back. The price for Hillsborough would be very low presumably as it would be up for bids or cash buyer types.
