So it's definitely more than a "Smattering" - could be a "Bunch" - might be "Gobs" but more likely a "Pile". of bids...

Correct me if I am wrong, but this band has been going for at least 30 odd years... I am sure the original lineup is either passed away or in the "coffin dodgers" section of the stadium... Just like old rock bands with no original members - it seems like it should be time to pack it in.... Do the right thing already.....

Old owl badge with weird thin bit on it's back

Swansea are similar as well. Being in North America I always have someone say "hey it's Sheffield Wednesday " when they see the logo. Probably one of the most recognizable logos in football. -

I love the Forest one. I believe it is about the same age as ours. Thought they were both fantastic logos when they came out! -
Agree the NHL has made fantastic strides over last 10 years. It's an experience at games now. Last weekend we drove to Seattle to watch the Kraken vs Oilers game.. amazing entertainment. Also love the cellphone light show where everyone uses the app to trigger the phones flashlight (MLS Vancouver Whitecaps also do this)

What's your worst memory.

will say it again... 8-0 loss to Boro in April 1974.. Springett left out to dry by his non existent defense as the hapless Owls disappointed us travelling supporters... And to think things would be so much worse 51 years later.... -
Race to the bottom... Sheffield .. birth place of football.. and what do we have to show for it? Two once mighty teams propping up the league... Praise or Grumble should just be called Big Grumble or Little Grumble... I love the banter between us fans.. I get a good laugh when we jab at each other depending on who won on saturday... but I really really would rather see Sheffield with 2 decent teams fighting for trophies (but only swfc winning them.. obviously)... why can't we be like Manchester or Liverpool ffs.
