  1. Well done to those that went on
  2. Sorry but I couldn't give a monkeys what other clubs thought about it and to be honest, why would any other club apart from Coventry care if the game was cancelled or not? In fact, I saw Reading getting more praise than grief when they were getting games stopped for going on the pitch. We're losing our club and getting games stopped will gather attention, there's no such thing as bad publicity with the situation we are in and if that upsets Coventry, who just so happen to be second in the league and on a good run, then unfortunately then it is what it is. That being said, it won't happen anyway.
  3. How awfully upsetting.
  4. ok I haven’t got time to trawl through every post in every thread mate
  5. Just seen, assumed that was the case. Wishing you all the best
  6. Any truth in the club staff speaking out against the trust @jackalberts36?
  7. Yep. By no means am I saying the players were supporting DC before, but them openly coming out and discussing him in this manner is certainly a shift in attitude. I'm not suppose their tempers are wearing thin, I dread to think how some of them have been messed about. You can only assume Gids is right and they are probably aware they'll be unlikely to be paid on time, again.
  8. Going to forget all the other b*llocks for one night and enjoy it, credit to the players and Peterson today, we absolutely deserved that.
  9. A goal at Bumhole Lane BUT FOR WHO CHRIS KAMARA?!
  10. Not specifically Hillsborough but I remember driving back from a Leeds away when Nuhiu scored in the heavy snow and getting stuck on Stocksbridge bypass and having to walk from there to the top of Stockbridge. Took flipping hours.
  11. Completely agree Quite like Pedersen but I haven’t listened to a single pre, post or any other word from him or the club, it’s a total waste of time
  12. I'd flipping ******** myself if they lose on Saturday
  13. Some seriously short term memories in football isn’t there Embarrassing reappointing him for the 3rd time, I suppose their problem will be if he does poo then they’ll have to keep hold of him for longer than they’d want - ever go back to an ex
  14. Some seriously short term memories in football isn’t there
  15. Yeah we will but it’s a minimal amount and that’s to cover printing costs, postage etc which to be honest is about right.
  16. 1. Assuming you mean clubs visiting Hillsborough, we receive 95% of the revenue from these ticket sales as the away club will invoice us for 5% to cover their admin/postage fees. 2. The EFL distribute the revenue directly twice a year, judging by their recent statement yes they can withhold funds and direct this to any creditors we have as a priority first prior to paying us. 3. We’ll be receiving little other revenue. This mainly includes matchday revenue, retail revenue, transfer fees (payments usually once a year as fees are split typically over 2/3 years) and solidarity payments, but we have sold little players so this revenue is also probably quite minimal. I assume that on a monthly basis that the club will be receiving very little revenue, especially if we keep the pressure on with fewer ticket sales and less money spent in the ground.
  17. The correlation between spend increasing and entertainment value reducing is quite amusing. How many games on TV last season were genuinely entertaining, less than 5?
  18. So I shouldn't buy a ticket for my kids, parents, grandparents, friends, family and the rest of my street as a meteor might hit earth the week after or summat?
  19. Wrexham paying £6.5m for a player that can't get in the bloody Coventry City squad, this world has gone mad
  20. Absolutely. People have their opinions on the EFL but really, why would they allow us to sign players when we (usually) can’t pay the ones we have already? I’d want guarantees from the owner as well.
  21. Don’t even know how he ended up at Millwall to be honest, he didn’t look that shabby for Spurs whenever I saw him
  22. I think it’s so poor that they haven’t got a half decent protest today for the second home league game of the season tbh.
