  1. I believe they’re available from 1pm.
  2. There has to be a willing seller. The lender may be happy with the risk v reward at a 12.5% interest rate with Hillsborough as the security. Who knows.
  3. There is one person who is not currently a season ticket holder who is going to buy one for 26/27 if Chansiri is still here. They’ve waited all this time and decided that next year is the time to commit. Have I read that right?
  4. Thought I’d seen that someone on Twitter had calculated that we’d sold 17700 season tickets.
  5. The Trust took the decision not to organise big protests every game mainly to ensure that games are targeted where the impact is greatest but also because they take a lot of work and money to organise. We need to ensure the biggest bang for our buck.
  6. Been boycotting since 2020. Well boycotting since we came back after the Covid period. Makes no difference to me.
  7. The loan against the stadium was facilitated by New Avenue Projects, an enterprise of Nigel Weiss. The lenders that he introduced are unknown to most. Chansiri has been paying some interest and rolling part of it up. The loan matures on 30/9 at which point the lenders may rollover in full or demand part or full payment.
  8. It’s not September yet. Keep the faith.
  9. This is like Brexit all over again. What fun. NO POLITICS.
  10. Unfortunately not the case. Looks like they’ve taken 1500 shirts at £25 sales price.
  11. They have just set up a facility to do this. Link is https://donorbox.org/donate-to-the-sheffield-wednesday-supporters-trust . Also in my signature if I’ve done it right!
  12. I have to echo this. I know who the poster is and we have both been involved with the trust since late spring. To put these comments into context I have been on holiday for the last week and have worked pretty much flat out on Trust matters for 3 out of the 5 days. Not all of this has been on material that will become publicly visible but some on admin necessary to keep the Trust going. This morning has been spent almost entirely on Trust WhatsApp groups debating what happens next. There are several more people making similar sacrifices. Yet this week we’ve had to endure seeing fans unable or unwilling to boycott a single game as well as the constant accusatory noises from certain segments of the fan base. It’s just as well we have pretty thick skin.
  13. Wishing the London Owls all the very best on this.
  14. I wondered where you had got to Andy. So sorry to read this and my sincerest condolences to you and your family.
  15. If there’s a club to support in League 2
  16. It is happening, or at least it’s being backed by the Trust. https://swfctrust.co.uk/news/members-vote-to-extend-boycott-to-leeds-united-match/ If you are a Trust member send an email to enquiries@swfctrust.co.uk to make sure your name is on the database.
  17. There have been some insinuations here and on Twitter etc that the Trust has sought in some way to use this situation to reinforce a narrative against Chansiri. Nothing could be further from the truth. When the safety of the stadium in question attracts so much attention, the Trust has every reason to hold those in authority to account. Those making such insinuations should be ashamed of themselves.
  18. Some people are incredibly, incredibly stupid. It’s up to those of us who aren’t, unfortunately in the case of football, to save them from themselves.
